Humans are worse than aliens or demons.
We invented demons as a way to express the darkness within,and the reason aliens havent made themselves known recently is because they have had a sneaky peek and decided we are waaay too guano loco as a species to be messed around with,except for the odd brain chip or probe pranks they like to play on rednecks.

Humans are the most dangerous lifeform in the known universe.
We rip anything to shreds that stands in our way be it rock,metal or giant beasts.
We will slaughter and cannibalize our own dead to survive if need be.
We can harness the power of science to vaporize cities.

Nothing is more badass than us.

Well let's see, evil is evil no matter were it comes from BUT Demons will possess and wear you like a sock puppet, make you feel emotions that are not your own, break you down using a reward punish mechanism and technique, rewarding wicked thought's and deed's with euphoria while punishing good thought's and guilt with depression (like someone training a domesticated animal to do there bidding or be ridable by them), they will take control of your life (And destroy it or make it there own not your life any longer) and getting rid of them, well think on it like this a horse wrangler trains his horse and they treat you just like a broken in animal so they enslave you, so getting rid of them is hard but can be done, best way is not to do what they want you to do but we are invariably weak willed and short lived and they often have a lot of patience and plenty of expertise from other's they have done the same things' to over the ages, they probably know more about REAL psychology that that Schaister Freud ever did and only Jung may have come close to understanding them and never very close.

Alien's, well what proof do we have that they are actually evil, some seem demonic which other's have encountered almost angelic and even simple mundane situations were the aliens were little different to a human being except were they claim to be from and there technology and ability's.

Human's, out of control or controlled by something else are capable of being evil without any demonic influence though many spiritualists believe that the state of a person attracts like entity's in the spirit world, personally I think that's a load of hooy but whom am I to say but in my estimate GOOD people are the main target of bad spirit's and demon's, bad people are simply the icing on the cake for that bunch and sometimes Angels and good spirit's help the good, sometimes they even offer help to the most evil and show them a better way but of course rarely, so rarely that most people even don't know if they believe in the spirit and other's claim it's all in the head despite more evidence for than against the whole paranormal realm having some form of reality beyond the scope of our known science.

Hybrid's, well they would be as confused about the question as you and me most likely, if they were given full free will they may even have an identity issue trying to decide which world they belong in.

On Balance I would say Demons and Devil's and Bad Spirit's (physical bad people and bad other worldly beings) are the worst and of these three devils and demons are just rank's of evil being's with devil's being a bit more dangerous so devil's are the worst thing you really do not want to find under your bed.

Think on this, maybe the reason Aliens are not visiting openly and trading openly with or exploiting the earth in some other way is because the earth has a demon infestation? and they don't want to catch it?, many encounters suggest they are telepathic and so maybe they are more aware of the horror's around us we are probably mercifully oblivious too.

I would presume our past selves who settled us on the planet earth and abandoned the mission many years ago. Many religious artifacts and evidence found points to overlords that were not of this earth.

The earth is estimated to be 4.5 billion plus years old. To think we were the first intelligent life forms to settle here over the last 200 thousand years is rather short sighted. Think of the progress we have been able to make in the last 150 years. To believe civilizations didnt exceed this knowledge over the past 4.5 billion plus years would be a primitive way of thinking as well.
