Here's a year by year summary of outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics for the twenty-first century.

This research is deep and has a lot of notes, so I may have missed a few things in this timeline summary. Please add to it when you see where I missed something.

2002

The 2002–2004 SARS outbreak was an epidemic involving severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) caused by . . . coronavirus (SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-1). Ralph Baric (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) published efforts to engineer a virus with the surface protein of the SHC014 coronavirus, found in horseshoe bats in China, and the backbone of one that causes human-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in mice. Codenamed Exercise Cygnus, the wide-ranging exercise took place in October 2016, but its conclusions have never been made public, even though it highlighted shortages of intensive care beds, vital equipment and even mortuary space. Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, her husband Keding Cheng and an unknown number of her students from China were removed from Canada's only level-4 lab on July 5 . . . Security access for the couple and the Chinese students was revoked . . . Sources say this comes several months after IT specialists for the NML entered Qiu's office after-hours and replaced her computer. Her regular trips to China also started being denied . . . one of the scientists escorted from the lab after an investigation in July last year was responsible for exporting the pathogens to China four months earlier. Coronavirus may have spread to humans as early as October 2019 - study - "Phylogenetic estimates support that the COVID-2 pandemic started sometime around Oct. 6, 2019 to Dec. 11, 2019, which corresponds to the time of the host jump into humans." Source: The Jerusalem Post

The report, in the South China Morning Post, said Chinese authorities had identified at least 266 people who contracted the virus last year and who came under medical surveillance, and the earliest case was 17 November – weeks before authorities announced the emergence of the new virus. This is an excellent list, S&F. I've never seen it all together like this. It's pretty obvious this came from that lab in Wuhan. I tend to lean toward accidental, but in 2020 who knows.

A note on 2019, which I posted in another thread, is that the bill that was introduced in 2019 was not CARES at the time of introduction. It's explained here

The original House bill (H.R. 748), titled the “Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act,” was introduced by Rep. Joe Courtney (D-Conn.) in January 2019. It would repeal the excise tax on high-cost employer-sponsored healthcare coverage, the so-called “Cadillac tax” in the Affordable Care Act. By May, the bill had picked-up some 367 House co-sponsors, more than enough to qualify for placement on the new House Consensus Calendar (which requires at least 290 co-sponsors).

In July 2019, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.) called the bill up under a suspension of House rules, a procedure which allows for 40 minutes of debate, no amendments, and requires a two-thirds vote for passage. The measure passed handily, 419 to 6, and was sent to the Senate.

In the Senate H.R. 748 lay dormant until Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) seized on the bill as the vehicle to be hijacked for the stimulus package. After two Democratic filibusters and hours of bargaining, bickering and dickering, a bipartisan agreement on McConnell’s amendment in the nature of a substitute was reached with House and Senate Democrats and the White House. The bill was then taken up on March 25 and passed unanimously, 96 to 0.

I take exception to the word hijack, but minus the loaded language it's pretty accurate.

So H.R. 748 can remain in the time line, except that it should be in the 2020 time slot when it became a law.

A significant fact and one that makes sense when looking at the date it was introduced.

I said I wasn't connecting any dots with this, but one source made the claim that the current form of COVID-19 came from the University of North Carolina in 2015 from that GOF study. That it was then sent to the Wuhan Lab and is the smoking gun the Chinese use to blame the US for the COVID-19 outbreak. This could be true, but as soon as the SARS virus genome was mapped in 2003, the Utrecht University in the Netherlands started creating chimeric virus strains to cross over into different host animals.

The most reasonable conclusion I can come to based on the information in my time line study so far is that as soon as the genome was mapped, all the high security labs got a hold of the virus specifically for GOF studies (they share samples all the time). The reasoning for this was that researchers needed to understand how the virus works to prevent a pandemic IF OR WHEN it crossed over to humans from a naturally mutated variety of the virus in the wild. A good cover story for the latest novel virus strain to be modified into a weapon while claiming such research is within the constraints of the Biological Weapons Convention of 1984.

With all the reported lab accidents on record plus ones that likely never got reported, it seems to me that the evidence points toward multiple world wide labs playing loose with deadly pathogens by disregarding important protocols and letting it escape "accidentally". This is not to say there weren't one or two strains early on that managed to cross from bats to humans naturally, this is how they knew where to look for it. Plus, having the original wild strains would make covering up the chimeric GOF strains easier with the old shell game used to deflect from the ones causing the trouble.

The World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have announced a collaboration to increase coordination across the international vaccine community and create a Global Vaccine Action Plan. This plan will build on the successes of current work to achieve key milestones in the discovery, development and delivery of lifesaving vaccines to the most vulnerable populations in the poorest countries over the next decade.


The collaboration follows the January 2010 call by Bill and Melinda Gates for the next ten years to be the Decade of Vaccines. The Global Vaccine Action Plan will enable greater coordination across all stakeholder groups – national governments, multilateral organizations, civil society, the private sector and philanthropic organizations -- and will identify critical policy, resource, and other gaps that must be addressed to realize the life-saving potential of vaccines.


The structure of the Decade of Vaccines Collaboration includes a Leadership Council to provide oversight for the planning effort, a Steering Committee that holds the primary responsibility for developing the action plan, an International Advisory Committee to assist the Leadership Council in evaluating the action plan, and a Secretariat for administrative support.

I'm surprised this thread hadn't gotten more posts.

I had included some conspiracy stuff, but didn't want to do more than state the "facts" that I could find. If anyone noticed the reference to the movie "Contagion" that came out in 2011 it was because I gave a nod to the "predictive programming" theory going around. I also have a reference to a Sylvia Brown prediction and other info I hadn't included in this time line.

I'd just like to say that in screening all the information I could dig up, I was being somewhat biased against some way out there stuff that came from less than reliable sources. I'm not against any sources or theories in this time line if it will get this thread going.

Thanks in advance for anyone's input, whatever it may be.

I can't believe I hadn't given much thought to the FBI probe into Dr Fauci. After rereading, I feel the dark side of the force is strong with this one. It paints a pretty evil picture of Dr Tony and gives some insight into why he is the pandemic spokesman for the MSM. I will be giving this more consideration.

First, I'd like to ask; do we know if any of those students in Canada or any of their friends / family, ever made a trip to Italy? Posibly in mid / early 2019?

A study was made in italy, where one of the main authors is on the board of the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes. They discovered that they could trace Covid-19 antibodies in subjects as far back as september 2019.
They found them in samples from volunteers from a lung screening trial....
Can you think of better individuals to infect, than people going rounds at hospitals where people with lung issues normally go? Best part of it... if a sick lung patient dies from it, well... "he already had lung issues. Normal for him to die of pneumonia", and the healthy volunteers who had a mild development of the infection would consider it the summer flu.

Now add Dan Brown's Inferno on top. I don't care where Brooks and Zobrist planted the bomb. I care about what they said about Italy. "The perfect place to start a pandemic".

Covid-19 didn't originate in China... that was a coincidence (although likely to happen).
Point of origination was in Italy. And finding anti-bodies in september 2019 samples? That means the infection could have happened in july / august. Tourist season in Italy.

Someone took Dan Brown a little too litterally. But it adds up, and it's why the China story had to be pushed so hard. The perfect scapegoat is the evil country, who also happens to more or less control the WHO through funding.

Covid-19 was engineered and released, but I think it was by psychopathic individuals who actually wanted a pandemic to clean up the world.

Anyone remember back in summer or so, when there was talk about vaccines and how none of us were supposed to expect a vaccine until the end of 21? How many times were we told that vaccine research and approval takes years?
But not only didn't we have to wait till end of 2021... they made one before the end of 2020.

They put the pieces together. And found out they actually already had the blueprint of the virus and ability to make a vaccine based on that. Biggest problem would be how fast they would be able to make it. I mean, they couldn't make it too fast, because that would in lack of another word, "be weird".
They would have had to admit that rogue individuals were able to make and release this through official means. Too much explaining, and what about the repercussions?

There is a lot more to this than we think.

EDIT: And why isn't Inferno on that CNN list? ( don' t go into how trivial the movie is etc... doesn't matter ) Because the other ones fit the narrative. Contagion to boost the China story, the others because then "we aren't focusing on Contagion to make you think of China".
But Inferno is a virus story wether you like it or not.

In looking for explanations, we shouldn't rule out the natural factor that increasing global mass contact makes pandemics more of a threat, which is why governments were worried about the possibility in the first place. It seems to have been a factor in the 1918 Spanish flu. Just as increasing urbanisation was a factor in the nineteenth century cholera problem.

Since events can have more than one cause, this doesn't rule out the factors that you mention.

My timeline is the 21st Century, so that is history that certainly figures into the present, but not something that I could fit into it without some preface or summary to include such facts. Seems fairly obvious though and follows the official story on where we are today IMO.
