She's been around forever, so it seems like her term never never never ends. She always wins her district because she never has any real competition.

But, U.S. representatives serve a term of two years, then they're up for re-election. Those elections are conducted during even numbered years.

So, if Nancy is not re-elected (highly improbable), she begins her 18th term on Jan. 3, 2021.

If the elections are all fowled up then she will be in the same boat with everyone else including President Trump.

She cannot become Acting President because she would not at that point in time be an elected anything.

Therefore, she cannot become POTUS, acting or otherwise.

The devil is in the detail.

YES, I pointed that out a week or so ago but nobody here caught it. No matter, not sure I believe it myself but since you said about the same... If the scenario where the election is still undecided by Jan 6, the House votes can't either. Chuck Grassley would become president and Mike Pompeo would be the VP. I lost my source on where I read that but would be quite the historical event if it came to be true.

James Clapper threw Obama under the bus in a June 2018 interview on CNN. Even when forced to admit that Obama spied on Trump, the media shrugs it off...."Well it must have been justified spying."

Um, just saying, that is actually for the court to say, and say again and again until there are no more appeals.

So ultimately, you have to wait for the indictments.

Re Nancy Pelosi being C_A, this would absolutely make sense if all prior presidents back to GHW Bush were C_A. Wouldn't deep state also make sure the VPs and Speakers were CIA so they always had the next in line available and the ability to remove the incumbent POTUS - ultimate control.

I also think this is why we have widespread mask mandates... all you need is 1 compromised/blackmailed stooge on a city council or as a county commissioner... and they can work their magic.

-major city mayors (CHC, NYC, LA)
-progressive cities in red states (Austin, Orlando)
-compromised city/county officials
