One last post for the night regarding narrative in the world.

Who writes the history books?

Are they written after the fact?

It occurs to me, that the history books (interpretation of happenings) are being written all the time.

Once the winner emerges, the other history books are suppressed or destroyed.

Being on the "right side of history" means you have selected a narrative path that you feel is justified and true... especially in reflection.

It looks like the 29 FISA applications flagged by Horowitz ranged from 2015 to 2020. This article says an average of 20 errors per application was discovered by Horowitz. Basic files that support the need for specific FISA warrants, could not be found.

However, the DOJ completed it's investigation in just 3 months, and only found only 2 errors. Errors that were no big deal.

Ticket prices are a small drop in the revenue bucket for NFL teams believe it or not. A huge chunk of change to us, but compared to the billions raked in from TV deals, promotionals, apparel etc its nothing.

It seemed after every evaluation paragraph, these were the words: "However, the findings revealed some non-material errors and unsupported facts that OI assesses were not capable of influencing the Court's probable cause determination".

Thank-you for reading the 39 pages and sharing your finding(s).

It sounds like there is some kind of disconnect between I.G. Horowitz's team and the DOJ team of internal investigators.

Horowitz said several "Woods files" were missing, and the DOJ didn't know where they were/are. (Woods files document the evidence making a FISA application warranted.)

It also occurs to me that the FISA applications could have been completed and documented properly based on the information fed to the FISCourt. The FISA court felt the Application was accurate, because the FBI said it was accurate.

There's no way the DOJ could have investigated every piece of evidence that went into justifying 29 FISA applications in 3 months.

BTW... An interesting article from Conservative Tree House today regarding John Durham's team. CTH journalist Sundance was "Shocked" to learn (last week) who Durham's lead investigator is. He had to promise not to reveal the investigator's identity.

♦ USAO John Durham – At this point the noise around the likelihood of grand jury proceedings is very loud.

CTH knows the ¹lead investigator for the entire Durham probe (name intentionally withheld).

We stumbled upon it accidentally during specific events in/around DC, and the entity was confirmed in an odd way when we attempted to make contact not knowing exactly what this person was doing.

A little funny story for much later, when things settle down. Suffice to say we triggered some folks, bigly. They didn’t know the nature of our inquiry, and presumed we knew exactly who they were. We didn’t, but immediately after their response, we did. A little funny now.

As the lone speaker tonight at a public meeting, I though you guys would be proud of me since I yanked down my mask when I took the floor, like the superhero that I am.

Obviously masks are "required" for entering the building, but (imo) that requirement falls away when it's time for public participation. I don't chase every Sunshine Act violation, nor argue about masks, those things are for people who don't have real issues to take up. However, I do draw the line when it's time to exercise my inalienable rights. I think the council knows that, and nobody tried to stop me, not even friendlycop.
