They need to outlaw Masters Degrees also if the word master is now a bad thing. Well to be honest, half the people with Masters Degrees aren't any better than those who do not have them, but they often believe they are better. Not all people with Masters Degrees are like that though, actually only about ten to fifteen percent are, I have known about two dozen people over my lifetime that had Masters degrees, and only about five of them got big heads.

Will PBS drop Masterpiece Theatre?
By the turn of the century, most bedrooms were built on the second floor of the home, making them much more private. The 1926 Sears catalog marks the first recorded use of the phrase “master bedroom.” At $4,398 the Dutch colonial house was the most expensive in the catalog, featuring: a sunporch, built-in kitchen cupboards, and a “master’s” bedroom with a “private” bathroom.

I don't understand why that would be; my Masters degree was a lot easier to obtain than my undergraduate. I was actually dumbfounded how easy it was at the time. There really is nothing special about a Masters that a few years job experience can't equal.

Ok, here's a thought. This is all being done because the term "master" is being tied in with slavery and ownership, right?? Well, if we're going to change all of this because of it's connotations, then will rappers be forced to change their names?? Think about how many rappers has "Master" in their name. Not only that, but even more rappers have "MC" in their names, which stands for "Master of Ceremonies".
If they're not willing to change those sorts of names, then nothing else should have to change at all.
