It seems to me that the journey to a one world government can be taken via capitalism or communism.

Communism is your humorless, straightforward approach where the government crushes your spirit and the only thing on your bucket list is to kick it. A cold, banal slog towards not existing anymore. You have to stand in line for hours for your daily banana. You drive a goddamn paper car.

Capitalism is pure excess, lies and the inevitable downward spiral a junky faces when everything comes crashing down.

Capitalism is the fat kid at the wonka factory.

Solve debt by creating more of the same.

Free speech became so worthless that listening to some of these people on the left is about as productive as getting rid of your dog's droppings by eating it.

Meanwhile, regular people are caught up in this mardi gras of madness, where everyone gets to talk about the monster under their bed and how it makes them feel.

The world has spoken and the word was insignifi#.
[snipped]

The youngest generation is being prepped to always be mindful of theirs and others feelings in all manner of conduct!

This is completely the opposite of how previous generations were raised and the ability to communicate effectively will be lost soon.

We all can see the stupidity unfold in slow motion and yet we cant stop staring at it.

Communism and Capitalism are ultimately economic principles.
One of them requires a lot more bureaucracy to run.
Good for public servants who can get jobs in the various ministries of incompetence.
Not good for innovative ways to navigate the future.

Kind of stole what I was going to say.

China clearly isn't what we'd envision a communist country to look like.

And in the past few decades, America doesn't really strike me as a capitalist free market. We feel more like a corporate oligarchy every financial crisis. Take peoples tax money, and give it to the corporations. Small businesses close, corporations become more conglomerate, rinse and repeat.

SOCIALISM: You have two cows. State takes one and give it to someone else.
COMMUNISM: You have two cows. State takes both of them and gives you milk.

FASCISM: You have two cows. State takes both of them and sell you milk.

NAZISM: You have two cows. State takes both of them and shoot you.

Alternative: A COWSMIC VIEW OF WORLD ORGANIZATION

FEUDALISM: You have two cows. Your lord takes some of the milk.

PURE SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. You have to take care of all the cows. The government gives you as much milk as you need.

BUREAUCRATIC SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. They are cared for by ex-chicken farmers. You have to take care of the chickens the government took from the chicken farmers. The government gives you as much milk and as many eggs as the regulations say you should need.

Get your terms straight before #ting on capitalism first of all. You are 100% wrong about capitalism.

"Crony-capitalism" is what you are describing, not Free Market Capitalism.

If you studied Austrian Economics you would understand the principles behind capitalism a lot better, you don't seem to grasp the basics based on your OP. I'm happy to debate this with you all day but the current system (here in the West especially) is NOT capitalism

Same crap slightly different wrapping paper, as with all other forms of government yet devised.

You will notice both systems of government still relies on banking systems/houses/cartels to function.

"Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws!" Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild.

Politics is simply window dressing for the masses.

How do you prevent capitalism from becoming crony capitalism?

Exactly. These systems of government and economic policies all are designed with deliberate flaws. They know when to pull on the reins and when to ease off.

I guess the two systems were good for the industrial age, and since their paths seems to so neatly intersect at this critical junction it must be because we are on our way to this one world government.

Do TPTB care about the outcome one of left vs right? Maybe they favour one side but they have placed money on both horses.

The rest is just details.

Aye, but the devil is in the "detail" all the same.

TPTB care about division so they can keep on waging the endless class war amongst our respective populations.

That way the status quo remains relatively intact and "they" get to remain at the top of the pyramid at the expense of the greater part of just about everyone else on the planet.

And if you don't want to play or be part of there grand game, well just look at what happens to nations without serious connections and ties to the world bank.

Indeed. Communist and capitalist banks seem to live in relative harmony.

If only the politicians could take a page from the banks' books..

This is how you achieve peace! You count your money. It's that simple.

It was being said fifty years ago;
What is the difference between capitalism and communism?
Capitalism is the exploitation of man by man.
Communism is the other way round.

I recently listened to Ron Paul's End the Fed.

I miss that man.

It seems to me the way "they" achieve a modicum of peace, thus control, over our respective first world nations.

Is to promote war, pain, strife, and dispute all over the rest of the planet, by any and all means "they" deem necessary, whilst "they" reside safe and secure back home in there Ivory towers counting our money!

Surrounded by us semi loyal plebs, who "they" are kind enough to pass their table scaps off to as way of payment for our services and protection.

And its not even a new game.

Capitalism should be the freedom to grow capital, but not the freedom to exploit others.
Communism seems just to exploit people and kill their desire to compete.

Both of these concepts really came about with the industrial revolution, which was essentially capitalised by feudalism.

As long as people need one another they can never be truly free because they don't want to be.

Safety and security is more desirable than illusory notions of freedom.

There always has to be a set of rules in place else anarchy and disorder are going to be the colour of the day.

There is always a price to be had where order from chaos is the desired result.

That does not mean that we should not at least strive towards a modicum of fairness and equality for one and all, but a utopia not lightly to emerge anytime soon given the paradigm humanity follows.
