Cell phone outage

Having trouble making calls? Apparently all the big phone corps are experiencing difficulty.

I'm not having any issues here but....

AT&T in North central Kentucky is on the fritz.

I tried it with several friends nobody phone is ringing on my end . They are having the same problem but Text work .

I can't get thru to my family in MO. or Texas.

I can't tell if my phone is working, because... it's just a phone. Not even sure where I left it.

AT&T here and it's on the fritz.
My phone can make calls but there are weird drops and a phone in the family is constantly experiencing dropped calls and "emergency calls only" moments.
My signal seems weaker than usual, my hotspot is a little slower, and I'm not getting as many mobile bars.

OK. Found my phone. Its working fine.

I called all of my friends to check.

He said it's working fine too.

My hardline phone with Frontier stopped working while I was on the phone today, I could hear a buzzing like the person still talking but no words. We each called back to one another with the same messed up sound.
Her phone is also hardline with another carrier.

Probably their computer networks that control the calls. Banks get attacked like this every now and then also.

I would hope not. You never know in this crazy time, though.

I worked for AT&T for 10 years on the wireless side of things. Never saw a DDOS attack that could affect wireless infrastructure.

Saw plenty of other things, but not that.

Tried to follow up on two candidates to hire, same situation on both. Doesn't ring while "calling", then it just disconnects. My phone seems to be working, but now I wonder if they are being affected. Maybe they just don't want to work for me. I don't know.
