Apparently, you can just write up a declaration, do a bit of vandalism, and property destruction (like dumping tea into a harbor), and start shooting, rioting and rebelling, and then you are a new country.

some will probably disappear to our secret prisons after all this is over, forgot what they're called but antifa members have already been sent there in the past as political prisoners. insurrection and claiming American land as yours is illegal and the military has every right to put them down, in fact trumps recent warning should worry them, because when a president demands the mayor or governor takes back control of this kind of situation and they dont within however long the president deems fit, the president can ignore posse comitatus and send in the military and establish control with force regardless of any objection from state or city officials.

Just try to incorporate a borough of your own, through accepted legal process in your county.

I would be very surprised if they allowed it to begin with and if you wanted to get it done it would take years of court battles to accomplish. (I have watched that attempt from a local perspective twice)

America has always been right wing and subjugates any group that challenges their authority, communists, fascists, socialist, black nationalists, militant liberals, militant conservatives, etc.
