That makes it appear even more sad than I thought. Sounded like only 4 or 5 people that clapped for him....

It appears to be him talking to a handful of people at most. I'm surprised he's still coherent after the ten minute mark.

Was this a greenscreened speech to make it appear he was out and actually giving a speech?

If you watch the beginning of the actual video you see him literally walk to the podium.

The first video at :47 to me is unmistakeably a bird. The second video was just to show that sound was there. The 2 mics could have picked it up but one was closer.

It was a restricted (Due to the city restrictions on COVID19) speech giving in Philadelphia’s City Hall where there are small birds. With the virus restrictions indoors makes you appear sadder than I thought...

It sounds like camera shutters to me, like when paparazzi take pictures.

I don't get it, why would he not just release?..if it exists. The only reason not to, is he is cooking up deals, which make him just as dirty..or no such intel.
