BREAKING: Two officers hit by car during protest

Two police officers were hit by a vehicle during the Bailey Avenue protest Monday.

Sources tell News 4 one was a Buffalo Police officer and the other was a New York State Police Officer.

Both were taken to Erie County Medical Center with serious injuries. Police also report two people have been shot and advise people to avoid the area.

That is bad, I wonder if those people were part of the protest or if they were just trying to get past the protestors who were causing traffic to be all confusing and crazy. Either way, the driver is in trouble, there is not enough information on the link to identify what was going on with this yet.

I think maybe I should go buy some more ammo, my ammo is pretty old, I can go target practicine at the rifle range with the old stuff. Gee, it will cost quite a bit to buy new ammo, I think some of it is pretty old, I doubt if I should even shoot some of it anymore. I should have been rotating the stuff years ago.

If this was deliberate and not an accident, a syringe full of air is in order.

Well, at least you got some info on it, more will come out in the near future. If we waited to get official sources from the fake news outlets, we would not be prepared to determine if it is real or not. That is why I like coming here, you get the pre-news on events and sometimes birds eye witnesses to what is really going on.

I'd normally say an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. But at the moment, I'm lost on this situation. Short of law enforcement and incarceration reform, what avenue do we have left? The system is built to be slow. But we clearly are impatient... After so many lives, what can you expect?

I used to scoff when people talked about civil war 2 years ago. I'm not scoffing anymore.

The worst part is, we just had so many people with naturally occurring stupidity, so the funding needed was minimal.

Why so many people can live in one of the greatest countries in the world, and pine for the days of communism and breadlines while everyone starves, have no means of self defense and are subjected to the whims of a hostile and violent government. Just boggles my mind.

Like I said, they must be looking at one hell of a brochure, probably helps too they have no common sense.

When you have a society that is based on Socialism / Marxism / Communism you have a controlled group of citizens that either need the government to survive for basic needs or need to not have them drag you out of your house in the dead of night to re-educate you.

To be clear, in those types of government structure, that IS ALWAYS what inevitably happens.

American's don't want that, shocking. We are unique in the world right now with our government structure, not "special" but unique because our independence was won under incalculable odds and very recently by histories standards. How far our freedom erodes, which it always will year after year is up to us.

The only comfort I take in all this is the fact that there are, in fact, two america's.

Rural and Urban.

I'd like all this crap to end, but I know that being rural, I've atleast got a fighting chance, being surrounded by "better"(on average) americans.
