Yes, I can believe it. Apparently you haven't seen what a well-trained Marine (or other person with good military training and experience) can do up close and personal. Never underestimate their ability against people who are untrained or inexperienced. Combine those things with audacity and courage--yes. I believe it.

Dude, the security team I hired at my job is owned by a former marine. He’s in his late 40’s and patrols my parking lot every night.

If you had the money, you could hired security guys with all kinds of military credentials as well.

There’s no reason he wouldn’t be carrying a pistol, he’s working security for a news crew in the middle of a riot.

The police themselves are admitting the guns were stolen from the cars.

As you can hear in the news report, they asked very quickly to get the military dude (all agree on that) off the footage.

So my question, was this the only media crew with an armed ex miltary or do all the crews have it.

If you can look at where the camera man is, and where the marine runs from, it would appear he was not standing right next to the camera man to protect him, but more off to the side about 30 meters away.

Maybe these riots are caused so USA government can bring in strict new police laws while protesters will be charged as terrorists.
