Da Nang Dick to introduce legislation to limit Trump's power under Insurrection Act

"I will be proposing legislation to reform the Insurrection Act to establish restrictions on the president's now very vague ... authority," Blumenthal told reporters.

He added in a tweet that his forthcoming legislation would change "the President’s broad, virtually undefined power," as well as build in "accountability."

"Clear [and] present threats to Constitutional rights, including free assembly [and] speech, make change urgent," Blumenthal said.

Senate Republicans who vote "yea" will be giving themselves away. There was something else that was passed in the Senate late last year (or early this year) that limited President Trump's powers. I don't recall what that was about, at this moment.

President Donald Trump confronted his Defense secretary, Mark Esper, after the Pentagon chief publicly opposed the idea of deploying the military to contain protests, according to people familiar with the matter.

Separately, the president later asked top advisers if they thought Esper could still be effective in his position, two people familiar with the discussions said on Wednesday night.

At a news conference in the afternoon, the president’s press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, tiptoed around whether Esper’s job was safe, saying only that he remained in his post.

Neither the White House nor the Pentagon immediately responded to requests for comment on Wednesday night.

Ket, the news release prior to the "funerals" says that George had two things: PLAGUE and FENTY.

FENTY = China.
PLAGUE = He's now toxic, get away.

They released the date of his test = HIPPA violation at least, but they're pointing to a date.

Had he had pot and diabetes we see one thing, but the worst drug on the planet and the worst disease to be said to have.

They could have waited until after the funeral damage, but something is coming.

It's weird the cops don't tell people to turn their cameras off. They do this regardless of the illegality of recording. Usually they try to block the field of view, but Asian cop's body language was inviting the photographers.

In context for me the george story is fake - this is the 100th time this exact thing has happened.

Fenty is currently associated with China and is the worst drug on the market. So George wasn't just high, he was on Fenty.

The Rona is thought to be a plague, even if it too is fake.

So George is like the most toxic person according to his toxicology report.

George's results keep changing DURING an investigation. Any information taints the investigation, which is now FEDERAL. Hate crime brings in the feds.

DJT sent the feds in immediately. They're snooping around. This story coming out now suggest to me the George story is about to go sideways.

My guess is the story is about to blow up somehow and George is going to look very bad, so the press release is saying "get away from him quickly."

Thank-you for explaining how the George Floyd case could blow up, just like Jussie Smollet's did. I think Fentanyl was the drug patch I put on my Dad when he had advanced bone cancer. He felt no pain even as he was dying. Floyd probably felt no pain while dying either.

There is so much incriminating information about so many politicians, officials, groups, media, and Hollywood types, building behind the damn, the pressure on the damn has to be close to causing it to fail catastrophically. (I hope!)
