Someone is going to hate me for this. 😬 It appears to me that previous state house republican candidate, Schaeffer Cox, was bamboozled for exposing the corruption of Judge Emmet Sullivan and others in his circle of evil.

Judge Sullivan was involved in a case where DOJ prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence. Only exposed after a FBI whistleblower came forward.

DoJ successfully swung a key Senate seat by prosecuting the senator in the crucial months before the election.

Framing Ted Stevens Was The Deepstates Trial Run For Trump

Here is a video readout of a letter from Schaeffer Cox sent to Sullivan accusing him of not only a fake show after the whistleblower came forward, but also of corruption.

The whopper at 5:28 accuses Sullivan of falsifying records + the deletion of evidence

Now this is where it gets interesting. This man was later spied on by the FBI.

Cox’s lawyers contended the solicitation conviction was unjust, as it was simply based on Cox bringing armed and armored bodyguards to a radio appearance in North Pole.

Alaska militia leader Schaeffer Cox’s murder conspiracy sentence cut by 10 years

This case consisted of Witness intimidation; countless hours of audio recordings of Cox refusing to use violence; all were things the government skillfully covered up in order to get their man and paint the perception Cox was guilty.

We are even looking at plane crashes for 3 people investigated under:

Operation Polar Pen

Investigating and prosecuting people such as:

Sen Ted Stevens - Died -Plane Crash.
Mike Kelly - Died -Plane Crash.
Hale Boggs- Died - Plane crash

Schaeffer For State House

Cox was certainly bamboozled if you read the above link:

Failure of US courts to allow defendant option to suppress illegally made informant recording as per Alaska laws. But then exculpatory portion was withheld. Read his page above for additional accusations.

The US~Observer reported on the Schaeffer Cox case. In that article, we outlined how the government became interested in Cox simply because he spoke out against what he believed to be a corrupt US Gov

Federal Set Up The Conspiracy To Entrap Schaeffer Cox

It appears to me that Judge Emmet Sullivan is corrupt and associates with the deepstate. I will be showing you more, coming up.

The deepstate is real. And it appears they even Hijacked our judicial process too. This is why this case stood out to me. Basically if you try to expose their corruption, such as Flynn may, you stand to lose. A snitches get stitches kind of deal. Whistleblowers essentially getting locked up or worse.

2018 Judge Sullivan threatened to hold Attorney General Jeff Sessions and other Trump officials in contempt on a deportation case in TEXAS.

It seems when shopping for judges, Sullivan was one of the democrats go to men.

The fact he lawyered up yesterday regarding his actions on the Flynn case should tell you all you need to know about this scumbag.

The problem might be that many folks subscribe to "alternative media" to the point that reality gets denied. You accept the lowest common denominator, ignoring the actual facts in favor of what you are fed in your chosen media narratives.

At that point, when all these things you guys are sooo certain are going to happen (Hillary jailed, Biden indicted, Comey crucified) NEVER do ... you're completely disheartened, and have to resort to absurdities like "the Deep State" being the phantom menace for every one of these failed "sure things."

Let me know when Judge Sullivan goes to jail. Or Obama. Or Biden, Hillary, Comey, Rice ... any of your "Big Bads."

Pardon me if I don't hold my breath.

TL;DR: Judge Sullivan hired an attorney to represent his position before the Court of Appeals. It's actually the only legally ethical thing to do in this absurd mess.

The problem these days is that one man’s facts are another man’s lies.

Where should one obtain facts?
If we answer this along partisan lines we are not being honest with our answer.

That is an EXCELLENT question.

I used to read as much as possible and try to parse the common elements between.

The problem is that ALL media is now basically contrived along the lines of NLP. There are some excellent sources on dealing with "cultic behavior" on the 'net still. Realize that we are ALL embedded in a 24/7/365 barrage of highly focused "mind-control" techniques. We are embedded in the greatest attempt at "reality construction" of all time.

The only thing you can do is to be as aware of your own prejudices and beliefs as possible first, and then, read through and strip away all the parts that are designed to trigger an emotional reaction.

Be willing to be wrong. Don't defend an irrational position.

What you're left with ... and what you see day-to-day with your own eyes, is what you have to go on.

So those 3 died in one plane crash, or 3 different ones??

If they were three separate incidents, the odds of that happening are astronomical

Thanks for the good reply

I think that the problem is that most average folks just don’t have the time and energy to sift through it all.

We have corruption on both sides. It’s in the media, government, corporations, and as we see in this thread, the judiciary.

Most folks just want to get by and have a decent life for themselves and theirs. Some lean left and some lean right in their thinking and I believe that if we were all left alone and not bombarded 24-7 with this corruption and crap there would be less radicals in society.

Some of my friends and family are nutters, both right and left wing. The majority, though, are pretty sane. We all want to get along and we do a decent job at it. We listen to each other’s opinions and at the end of the day we may not agree. But we don’t hold grudges and sometimes we are in agreement.

These are healthy differences that keep our society in balance. Where it goes sideways is when agendas are pushed onto the population by judges, political parties, etc.

We are convinced that their agendas are our own too easily.

Just something I forgot to put in here. Joseph Bottini, was placed in charge of Cox’s investigation. He also was on the prosecution of Emmet Sullivan’s Ted Stevens case where they withheld exculpatory evidence.

This is from the last link in my post. Bottini was also mentioned in the video.

OPR’s report stated that prosecutors Joseph W. Bottini and James A. Goeke “acted in reckless disregard of” their disclosure obligations.

Sooo...

1. Cox accused Judge Sullivan of corruption on Ted Steven case
2. Bottini, the prosecutor on the Ted Steven case, withheld exculpatory evidence
3. Nick Marsh, a federal prosecutor from the Stevens case, was found hanging from a makeshift noose in his own basement about 6 weeks after Stevens plane crash.
4. President Obama and the DNC get a filibuster-proof 60-vote supermajority in the Senate
5. Special Counsel Shulke found something about a pedophilia ring
6. Bottini, the corrupt prosecutor, investigated Cox.
7. Cox goes to prison

Hope I cleared this up better, Cox was screwed. Anyways, I want to read the special counsel report on Bottini etc.

And oh yeah, make that 4 dead.

And here is Ted Stevens plane that crashed

Judge Sullivan "Lawyered Up" this past week. I don't understand the reasoning explained in this article, but it doesn't sound good to my non-legal mind.

Well this is interesting... It seems Judge Sullivan has defied the judicial department before.

Judicial Department To Judges: Get Off My Lawn

Sullivan put off ruling on a deferred prosecution agreement until he determined the scope of his authority to consider its entire “fairness + reasonableness”. Then appointed a law professor, Brandon Garrett, for an amicus brief.

The Justice Department’s fraud and public corruption unit urged Judge Sullivan to restrict his review of the agreement.

Hey if anyone can come up with any relation with Sullivan. He married a Brookings Institute couple. Federal Judges don’t do weddings routinely, do they? Perhaps a favor?

And he went to their home... Check out the announcement, that couple is Democrat org connected out of the wazoo. The brides father is a Chicago Lawyer.

The couple were married yesterday at their home in Washington. Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of Federal District Court in Washington.

So what media should we go to for the facts? Because the MSM lies about Russsiagate, then Ukrainegate, then more Russiagate, then Kavanaugh, then the Covington kids, then Jussie Smollette, then .....you know what? ....you’re right.

People just want to believe what they want to believe
