Yet another survey here in the UK suggests that infection rate here is currently at 0.27% of the total population.

Which seems strange to me given that its been widely reported that there have been 233,151 confirmed cases in the UK with 33,614 deaths.
Now that only equates to an infection rate of 0.4% with a mortality rate of just over 14% of known cases but and an overall mortality rate of 0.05% of
total population.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is that no-one really knows yet and anyone with even the barest understanding of dtatistics can manipulate them
to push whatever message they choose to.
Unless we know how many people have been actively exposed to the virus, how many of those became infected, how many infected required treatment and
how many of them were severe and how many died then the numbers don't really mean much I'm afraid to say.
