Am i going nuts?

I think im going noonoo in the head. i have always seen lights near people since i can remember i thought it was natural when i mentioned this one time my mother took me to the eye doc and there was nothing wrong with my eyes. she said mabee its angels you are seeing. i didnt pay much attention to that until yesterday when one of my friends friend died. when i saw her there was a man standing behind her holding her sholder looking sad. when i ask her who her friend was she said that there was no one else there she couldnt understand what i was talking about. am i going crazy or is it possible i really see angels????????

You see angels if you want to. You hallucinate because of mental illness if you believe it. It all depends on what YOUR interpretation is.

Believe what you want. Stop worrying about external perceptions. Create the world as you see fit. Become a God.

If you take my advice I'd be surprised. Most likely you'll just wait for some other voice of authority to come along and reinforce what you already believe, but just needed to hear coming out of someone else's mouth.

You are at a level where you can percieve the auric field around a person...

Somehow you find a way Surpass the consciousness filtering mechanism...

To prove yourself that your not allucinating do an experiment on something or people...see any auric field around them?

For example, if a person is angry...you most likely will perceive the color Red around that person...or if that person is depressed you would perceive the color Ice-Blue around him/her...

See anything...?

That makes me wonder is there any scientific evidence for aura's? It seems to exist but we do not really know what it is.

It would be strabge. Try doing tests like the above users said. Who knows, you might stumble upon something startling.

If you see things, including entire people, that are not there, you should see a psychologist or psychiatrist. This is just as reasonable as having gone to the eye doctor.

moonbeam13, if what you say is true, then no you are not insane. It is only your perception that is more "accute" than most humans. But its strange to me since I never heard of people being able to see invisible beings on a regular basis. My father has seen a "light being" once, just as heard many testimonies in the past of people having done so, but these events are supposed to be very isolated.

There is a theory concerning cats which says that they are able to see people that are invisible to us, since they don't have the same vision than humans and see a larger spectrum than us. That's possible taht you have some slight mutation into your optical nerve or your brain which allow you to see a different spectrum than other people.

Anyways, NEVER, ever, tell anything about that to a psychiatrist or doctor, as they'll use that to put a medical file on your back (you'll probably be labelled as schizophrenic) and you might even end up in a madhouse, and that'll be the beginning of the end for you.

Here's another tip: try to interact with these beings, without being too much noticed by other people. Try to ask them who they are, what's their purpose, or how you can help them.

For the most part, the scientific community does not believe that there is such a thing as a soul that can exist after bodily death. So don't even bother trying to get any insight or comfort from most doctors, scientists, psychologists and psychiatrists. You'd be wasting your time.

However, there are some exceptions to the rule. Like the authors Dr. Melvin Morse, Dr. Raymond Moody, and Dr. Brian L. Weiss to name a few.

Mediums routinely see and/or perceive spirits and auras around people. What you have is the Gift to see auras and also a Gift to occasionally see the recently departed. It is very wise to only use your Gifts in service to others.

You have the potential to become a medium yourself and have a choice to make as to whether or not to pursue this method of helping people.

Finally, not all that you will see and/or percieve on the Other Side will be spiritually based. In fact, most of it will not be since most of the people on this side are not spiritually based. It is important that you know that before making your decision.

i have tryed most of the above. i went to a noonoo doctor once, she said i was fine, she reconded i was just tired. (she seemed noonoo herself) the light is always a pure white light never differing in colour. the light is not apart of them well it is, the easiest way i can explain it is a light sphere always the same hieght as the person, standing behind them but yet connected to them in some way. the man i saw with my friend was in place of the white light and had no white light himself. i dont think it was the departed soul of her friend as i knew him too (just not as well) and it didnt look like him at all.

You're not crazy! You're probably psychic or something. It's probably auras you're seeing.

If it helps any, I don't think you're going crazy. You may be more sensitive than others, and you may perceive some things that others don't notice. None of that makes you crazy, at least as long as these figures are not influencing your actions unduly.

from what i've observed in personal experiance, the 'aura' around a person most often is just the image of the person burned into your retina, but balls of lights? that's a new one to me, i think you might be seeing the real auras of people, or perhaps the holy sprit? is it around everybody, ofr just curtian people? if it's not everybody, you might what to look into the backrounds of the people it is, and see if tthey have anything in common.

you might have been gifted with abnormal senses, but you difinatly need to find out what kind of sense it is. good luck man!

Im not sure if there is any scientfic evidence for it- but my mum had pictures taken by this special camera that is supposed to show your aura, and then the specialist reads it or whatever ( not proper terminaology lol). It was pretty interesting.
I would love to be able to see peoples auras- what an amazing ability to have.
One of my art tutors says he sees people in shades of colour- like someone innocent would be in the lightertones and people with a darker side maybe in the darker tones- he told me i was in the darker tones-nice!

i see the light with everyone, but some of them well easiest wasy to discribe it is they light seems sad or happy or confident or sometimes even loving. i have notice with one of my old friends who was into satanism her light always seemed to be sad

Next time you see one of these 'beings' next to someones light try and make them aware you can see them, see how they react to it and what they do.
