Actually, they often allow it, particularly if one is in the mudpit.

Makes sense. Many posters don't want to deal with the "mudslinging".

Also , Powell told Breitbart News Sunday that Evidence had emerged to show that the FBI had agreed not to Pursue Charges against Flynn’s Son if Gen. Flynn Pleaded Guilty , an Illegal Deal that had not been properly disclosed . The F.B.I. is Guilty of Blackmail here IMO ..........

Meh, I agree that it is wrong and morally reprehensible, but it is common practice for law enforcement to make threats to get someone to talk.

President Trump needs to bring Gen. Michael Flynn back on board in his Second Term. He Knows where all the Bodies are Buried, it’s one of the Reasons the Swamp took him down in the first place . Indictments Will Follow , the Demorats Will All be Exposed Now , including Obamanation .............

OMG. It’s finally getting good. The plot was moving too slow but it’s going to have an epic climax. This is better than TV!

I think it’s way past time to clean house at every 3 letter org around. Fire every single one of them. Myself and ten of my coworkers would do a better job than any of them . All it takes is for a human to say they’d do what was beneficial to every member of the public and that’s they’re only job . Is it good for Americans or is it good for the global elite . Make the decision that’s only good for Americans. Sounds pretty simple actually . Can anyone tell me how Im wrong here . Politics is about the simplest of things but they want to make it as hard as they can to understand. Make it as boring as they can so their brainwashed peons go about their day. It’s pretty simple . 15 random people from the phone book would do a better job than anyone in there now . I really cant believe the democrats want Biden to be president , how much of a bigger slime ball as senile as a 120 year old with Alzheimer’s. How can they not have a better candidate in the 300 million people here . Goodness gracious

this article has the actual motion to dismiss....

READ: DOJ motion to dismiss Flynn case

The United States of America hereby moves to dismiss with prejudice the criminalinformation filed against Michael T. Flynn pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure48(a). The Government has determined, pursuant to the
Principles of Federal Prosecution
and based on an extensive review and careful consideration of the circumstances, that continued prosecution of this case would not serve the interests of justice.

Mr. Flynn entered a guilty plea—which he has since sought to withdraw—to a singlecount of making false statements in a January 24, 2017 interview with investigators of theFederal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”).
See
ECF Nos. 3-4. This crime, however, requires astatement to be not simply false, but “materially” false with respect to a matter underinvestigation. 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2). Materiality is an essential element of the offense.Materiality, moreover, requires more than mere “relevance” or relatedness to the matter beinginvestigated; it requires “probative weight,” whereby the statement is “reasonably likely toinfluence the tribunal in making a determination
required to be made
.”
United States v.Weinstock
, 231 F.2d 699, 701 (D.C. Cir. 1956) (emphasis added).

🤣🤣🤣

Look who's "squaw-king" ....

Elizabeth Warren Demands AG Barr Resign Over Flynn Decision

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) called on Attorney General William Barr to resign over the Department of Justice’s decision to drop its criminal case against retired Army lieutenant general Michael Flynn on Thursday.

“William Barr is not the President’s lawyer – he is the country’s lawyer. His political interference is blatantly corrupt and he should resign,” Warren wrote on Twitter.

Also, see "Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law."

The agents' own notes make it clear they were trying to trap him in a lie. This was the entire purpose of the interview. And there wasn't even any valid reason to interview him. By this point, they knew he wasn't a Russian agent or anything of that sort.

OK.... Those charges should be dropped but Flynn is definitely a crook and should be held accountable.

It perplexes me that Flynn's "lie" is more egregious than the fact that there is DIRECT EVIDENCE the FBI wasn't acting in good faith when dealing with General Flynn.

That’s not a crime. And even Pence has come out to clarify that any “lie” was unintentional. You made direct allegations of criminal behavior but have failed to produce one iota of evidence. You have done exactly what many in the media have done and those in the FBI. If lying were a crime then the majority of the country would be in prison. Flynn answered the questions honestly in regards to did he have contact with Russian officials in order to derail the Obama admins sanctions imposed, the problem was in how the questions were asked not in how he answered them.

Nowhere in my initial statement did I say any allegations that he did anything criminal. Reread it. I mentioned that some things could have been questionable, meaning possibly there could have been a reason for being investigated...but charging him with a crime was not something they should have done since no real crime was committed..

A good summary of where things stand at the moment...

Tables turned on Mueller prosecutors: Ten actions ripe for scrutiny.

Recent revelations from the Flynn case fit an emerging, more general pattern of questionable prosecutorial tactics.

Justice Department documents released in connection with the withdrawal of charges against retired Lt. Gen Michael Flynn, mark the first official unraveling of one of Russia special counsel Robert Mueller’s cases.

Bottom Line: If they're not arrested, they're innocent.

The moment they rolled armoured vehicles and a SWAT team, with a CNN camera crew in tow, to arrest Roger Stone at 6am it was obvious that the Special Counsel was a rogue political organisation with motives beyond investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election. It's amazing that that arrest slipped by with only a sliver of outrage. That kind of arrest doesn't even happen with murderers/terrorists. It was all a show.

That whole arrest needs to be investigated. Who gave the orders for that operation and who tipped off CNN?
