We are in our 3rd week of "State of Emergency", so I made my 2nd pizza. The first one was called "corona virus " pizza #1, but there is just too much suffering in the world now to call something "corona". So I'll call this "Japan's State of Emergency" pizza #1.

dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
butter
dry yeast
water (tap, not warm )
olive oil

toppings
3 types of cheese
green peppers
pasta sauce
onions
Parmesan cheese
black olives
Spanish olive oil ( I put that on top of the cheese )
Chicken hamburger with fresh garlic from Spain and salt and black pepper

bake at 250c for about 20 minutes


before the oven



just out of the oven



hmm... I wonder how it is going to taste, well, let's find out

I think it came down to using 3 types of cheese. Apparently one of the cheese had enough buttery fat to it and I got to admit, I'd buy a slice of this any day.
Oh, I forgot, the topping also included chicken hamburger with garlic, salt and black pepper.

Actually if you add a tablespoon of virgin olive oil to the mix along with about 15 grams of butter, this will help make the dough very stretchy . The dough came out crunchy also, yet soft in the middle of the pie.

Sounds good,

Here is one of my favorites,

Red onion.
Greek halumi cheese
some regular cheese
slices of fresh peach
slices of fresh pineapple
And some cherry tomatoes.

Then before going to the oven sprinkle some chipotle seasonings.
