“What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute [him] or get him fired?”
Unsealed documents of a January 2017 interview with Michael Flynn, who was ultimately charged with making false statements to the FBI, certainly look like the entire point of the interview was “to get him to lie.”

I've pointed this out for years and it needs repeating...
When Flynn came to the White House, his first goal was a complete and total audit of the Intelligence Agencies of the United States of America.
He had had run-ins with them in previous positions, were convinced they were crooked and he was going to make it right.
Our Intelligence Agencies, for the record, have not been audited since the mid-1970's.
Of course they needed him out of there.
By Any Means Necessary.
And here we are.
I'm quite tickled that Sidney Powell took on his case.
SHE knows where a lot of bodies are buried in respect to the upper echelons of our Justice system.

Comey was asked by a left-wing idiot/reporter if they had told Flynn he was being investigated, and Comey admitted they did not tell Flynn... Which made the idiot left-wing reporter laugh despite the fact that this is illegal... The police, or any LEA agency cannot lie to you and under false pretenses get you to tell them anything. Gen. Flynn even asked the FBI agents if he needed a lawyer, and they said he wasn't being investigated so he didn't need a lawyer.

The entire stinking thing, is about to be exposed.
More will come out...
More at: www.cnn.com...
Greg Brower, a former US attorney and the FBI's chief congressional liaison until 2018, said that without the context around the notes, it's hard to assign any deeper meaning to them.
"To the extent this is being advertised as evidence of something nefarious, I certainly don't see it in that way," Brower said.
"I don't know what this means and I don't know that it's important at all."

While agree with most of your post I think the above quote is dangerous. Police, other LEO, or anybody else investigating is under no legal obligation to tell the truth unless they're under oath. They don't have to inform you that you're being investigated and for that reason you shouldn't talk to them without a lawyer. Flynn was sloppy and I don't want anybody here to make this mistake. This case shows how easy it is for you to be made a target. This was a miscarriage of justice and I'm glad it's coming back to the surface like many of us hoped.
Get a lawyer.
Tell your spouse, your significant other, roomate, or whoever else. If you don't protect yourself nobody will.

An FBI expert tells CNN that this is no big deal.

Yep, several of us saw through the lies of the Obama administration, and FBI.
If they can do this to a federal official, whom is completely innocent, they can do this to anyone and everyone they want bankrupt/their lives destroyed.

Well, apparently you are woefully misinformed... never heard of the 5th amendment, or Miranda v Arizona.
They - the FBI agents - absolutely had an absolute, legal obligation to not only inform General Flynn that he was under investigation, but to advise him that he had a Right to an Attorney being present during questioning.
A lot of people need to go down hard over this.
They may not tell you that you are being investigated for a crime or they may specifically say that you are not being investigated for a crime, but that doesn’t necessarily make it true. If the police contact you and want you to make a statement, assume that you are being investigated for a crime and contact a lawyer right away.
some undercover cases they are working you may not know ahead of time; everything will be done via surveillance and your indictment may be a secret until you get arrested or find out there is a warrant out for your arrest.
The police are allowed to lie to you!
The Ohio and United States Supreme Courts have said so. You can’t lie to them – you can remain silent, but cannot lie – but they can lie to you to try to get you to confess some damaging detail.
If you speak with them voluntarily, are free to leave and aren’t under arrest, any rights you have under Miranda don’t apply. Whether they read you your rights or not, anything you say in a voluntary situation can be used against you and it is very difficult for an attorney to undo that damage.

Should Flynn be pardoned NOW, or should the President wait until the Federal Judge renders his decision next week?
