2) that the interference changed the outcome of the election.
I don't think that's a hoax it's an unknown but the fact the favourite of the Russian leadership won the election when Clinton was forecast to win must raise questions.

The hoax is not that Russia did not try to interfere in the 2016 elections (or the 2012, 2008 ... elections). The hoax is in the ideas that 1) the Trump campaign/admin was complicit in the interference and 2) that the interference changed the outcome of the election.

Trump had a campaign. He had policies and campaign promises that appealed to the people
His opponent most certainly did not

Firstly, there's no "H" in the anagram.
How do these RINO's recognize each other, do they have a secret handshake or something? How do they communicate so that they can be hand picked for special assignments? Do they have a special charter or constitution that they agree to?
Or is calling someone a RINO a paranoid accusation used by people who who want so desperately to think that they are 'right' that they have to 'out' everyone who doesn't conform to their delusional ideation of how other people must act and be motivated, and who cannot conceive of someone who who is motivated by ethical concerns, rather than a group membership?
What do you think?
...
Lt. General Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), made an unprecedented, blunt accusation that the rise of the Islamic State (ISIS) was the result of a "willful decision,"—not an intelligence failure—by the Obama Administration.

It makes me wonder, though. If Trump was Moscow's "favorite", why did they give damaging disinfo on him to Steele?
It's almost like they were more content creating chaos than anything else. Mission accomplished.
