I have long held a quiet suspicion that Donald Trump and the whole MAGA thing was a big psyop. I thought, maybe he's in on it, or maybe he's just being played like the rest of us. But I have doubted the depth of sincerity - or perhaps better said, the efficacy - of the movement.

For example, the whole Q thing has excited so many over that past few years, but what real results have come from it? How many people have actually gone to jail because of political corruption, child trafficking, etc.? Please, somebody give me a head count. It seems to have revealed a lot of truth (i.e., really just rubbed it in our faces). It seems to have threatened a lot of wicked people (all empty threats thus far). Every week there's another IT'S COMING!!!! moment, but ... crickets. Nada. No heads have rolled. No prison time. Just a lot of feel-good expectations that keep getting pumped up to put us all on hold. Just be patient, it's coming...........

My wife was listening to some of the press conference from yesterday (I think it was from yesterday) where the "team" was talking about vaccinations and I was overhearing a bit. A thought occurred to me.

If you want to see what technocratic fascism looks like, all you need to do is look out of your window from the confines of your government imposed self-imprisonment. Look at the newsfeed and social media feeds on your phone or computer. Just look around. I won't say that technocratic fascism is "being ushered in." It has been "being ushered in." for years. And we (myself included) have all been willing participants. I carry around my own tracking device with me, and have known that I was doing so for a long time. I'm an idiot, just like most of the rest of you.

Given the choice between only two bad alternatives, a really, really bad one and a maybe not quite so bad one, I guess most people - if they can't see a third alternative - will choose the maybe not quite so bad one. What I overheard in the press conference that my wife was listening to was the maybe not quite so bad alternative. I was hearing a soft-sell for technocratic fascism in that press conference. It sounded like an alternative to what the "progressive left" is hammering, but in the end, I have a feeling that it'll end up in the same place.

My analogy of comparison between the Democrats and the Republicans has, for years, been this:

There are two cars, a red one and a blue one. The blue one is heading toward a solid concrete wall in a straight line at 250 mph. The red one is heading to the same wall, but at only 180 mph, and it's taking a more circuitous, scenic route. Pick which one you want to ride in.

That may be the choice that we have been given between a hard-sell and a soft-sell, and hard execution and a soft execution of the new techno-fascist regime. I think that we are being handed a softsell to the inevitable future of the human race. George Orwell said, "If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever." I have always doubted whether people like Orwell and Huxley were warning us or mocking us. I have always leaned toward the latter.

Take your pick: Really, really bad, or maybe not quite so bad.

We're not dealing with a bunch of morons.

Fools, yes; morons, no.

Are you sure you want to continue this line of thought on ATS? Some here honestly believe that Trump is the 2nd coming and if not that, at least one of Gods chosen emissaries to help bring in Armageddon.

I think Q is a real person. The question is not whether Q is a real person - or at least a real group of people.

The pertinent question is, What side Q is actually playing on?

"... you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” ~Matthew 8:32

Problem is that most people actually don't want to be free. They prefer to be slaves if their slavery will give them a sense (false sense though it be) of security.

He could be in on the technocratic government and also investigating the criminals on the left. These things can both be true. I still doubt Trump based on some of his ideas that are elitist.

Investigating the criminals is one thing, doing something about it entirely another.

Honestly, do you think that anything that has been "revealed" or "hinted at" was in any way new or entirely unknown. The bastards - the political and financial elite - are all in on it. They cover each others sins. They feed off of each other. As I said above, it's not that anything has been "revealed". They've just been rubbing it in our faces.

Again I ask ... Give me one just one example of something effective and meaningful that has actually been done about any of it. I see nothing but empty promises and dashed expectations from where I sit.

Insightful, brilliant and first class thread OP.

I have also been watching the controlled opposition system in the two party for a long time.

I know many conservatives in my family and around me, that used to have conspiratorial leanings and were very concerned about Nafta, the globalist agenda and gun control, that since Trump has taken office have suddenly fallen asleep, thinking he really is fighting it all and only the left are the globalists. Online many forums and places for conspiracy have been overtaken by believers of both parties to blind to see the real deep state octopus anymore. And the Q psyop got most of them to sit, wait and trust in an invisible plan from on high.

Now, whatever Trumps personal beliefs and leanings really are, just as an icon and a representative, his presidency has done an amazing job in putting a large segment of the population to sleep; the very segment that would be the most vocal and physically obstructive to a technocratic surveillance and control society.

And now that the entire economy is shut down and will have to be completely restructured, it does seem like he might just have been the TPTBs trump card, saved for the end.

And frankly looking back at his election, which I new he was going to win, back when most of the conservatives I knew were backing Cruz and other lame Republican horses, the whole dynamics of the election looked like the same old staged mechanics of the old regional wrestling system. You can't have a babyface champion of the people; unless all the heels hate and despise him .

Well I think they were.

I felt Trump was going to win, when I first heard the start of his campaign and after the first debates I was sure. His message could not have been better crafted to harness the collective will of the people. In the years before that election there was a collective anti-globalist current on the net, upset about the trade deals and the economy. Straight out of the gate those were the talking points he hit and the itches he scratched.

I saw the same thing in the lead up to Obama appearing from nowhere. I knew he was going to win, because the sentiments of hope and change were the zietgiest of the internet at that time.

Well-written thread incoserv... you point out some flaws with the idea that Trump is "rounding up" all of these career criminal elitists. I really haven't seen any major arrests, indictments, etc. of the high-level figures (Podestas, Clinton, Abedin, Biden, Obama, etc.)

In fact it seems like the Obama/Clinton/Bush dynasties have just garnered more support and influence since Trump took office (as if they were in jeopardy of being arrested in the first place...)

The Q narrative has literally been "Storm is coming"... "Tick Tock".... etc. for 2+ (maybe more?) years now. It's like it is just enough of a tease and slow-drip of "bombshells" that it keeps Q followers intrigued and white-knuckling until the next big reveal (only to culminate in no tangible consequences for the 'bad guys')

Technocratic Fascists being the format for dystopia also seems accurate based on what we are experiencing...

Thanks for putting this together, S & F

You're welcome. I really wish I had something of a lighter and more optimistic bent to offer, but it seems to me that this is where we are now.

Helluva time to be alive.

It`s been pretty clear to me that Trump is not what he claims to be, and is more like actor who is there to play time...give false hope to Americans while same time the deep state is moving forward in plans to turn America same kind of totalitarian dictatorship as China with technological surveillance, social credit system, no freedom , violent supression of any dissidents etc... He has not do anything to the people who did 9/11 the inside job that killed a lot Americans, at least not to my best knowledge...hmm i guess no big deal then ?

Trump has been big supporter of 5G , He has surround itself with deep state /medical cartel / bill gates people but brags to be doing America great again, drain the swamp ...

How many americans die with medical cartel /EMF radiation / toxic food /toxic water ? Yet Trump is just making sure that the status quo remain same .

I have not honestly see any benefit from this Q , i have not followed it and i wont since it`s waste of time, it`s another distraction and playing time as Trump do.

High level pedophiles are protected and walk free, thanks to Trump...how many childs are being murdered by the pedophiles.

I am not American, so sorry if anyone feels i am interfere with US domestic politics, i have tryed to keep myself out from it...

Sorry rant

One thing is certain: those who have ‘made it’ will have ‘made it’ five times over
while those WHO did not ‘do something with their life’ will be swinging in the wind
by their entrails, and soon.

I wonder if Trump is aware of this...? You know that old saying about how
cash is king during a depression....

Electricity is weightless and wonderful.
Is there anything it cannot be computer designed, to modulate?

This is the deal they forced, not offered. It has been coming
since 2G, smart meters consolidated the personalized house to house
in home horror (we ate this thus we will swallow anything)
at night the bed moves an inch every night I am in it
while the ceiling air and walls crackle, pop, sizzle and my nerves register each
manipulation, and there is not a neighbor, friend, or lover who can
bear my testimony is it any wonder I chose God.
everything else they add to this monster
is just finer and finer degrees of control.

I have been saying it for years, 2D (digital) technofascism.
And many will beg for more and more. VR screwing the brain until
the skull burns, why not?
This is a battle of high principalities.
There is but one form of wealth.
Guess who wins? It won’t be pretty once the people waken....
