My cat Maggy went missing today, all my windows were closed and she was in the house.
We have nowhere she can hide because the basement was shut, and she is too big to hide behind pipes or beds now (shes 6 months old and quite chunky)

We looked eveyrwhere in cupboards in draws behind curtains, we even put out her favourite food sheba and felix
and even played sounds of kittens meowing on youtube, that always gets her attention

Nothing, we feared the worst.

An hour ago i saw her, out of the blue right behind me.
She looks shaken, as if she has had an experience

My neighbour told me he saw a ufo recently, a white orb flying through the air.

I am a responsible pet owner and i would never let Maggy come to any harm at all, and i am quite worried about this.
I have turned Maggy around and there seems to be no sign of intrusion (not sure how to say that without sounding gross).

Is it possible for pets to be abducted?

Maybe she was pregnant. I hear they often take pregnant cats on board.

I have several cats. I can't find all of them at the same time. Cats can and do get in places you'd never think to look. No. your cat was not abducted by aliens and if you honestly think that, you have an unhealthy obsession with your cat. Responsible pet owner is one thing....but this ? eehhh

Glad you found her and that she was OK. It's always scary when a pet goes missing.

This is actually a huge topic to open up. Cases of pets being "abducted" or otherwise behaving unusually in response to a UFO or humanoid sighting.

Time for me to go do some digging in the ole files...

Thank you for everybody taking this seriously
I love Maggy she is very important to me.
There is nowhere at all in the house she was, i spent hours looking for her, no curtain or cupboard was left unchecked.
There is nobody at all else in the house at the moment.

If she was somewhere hiding, soon as i put food out, she is out like a flash.

I think she has missing time

My cats would often retreat to my closet when feeling ill. Check all closets and cupboards.
FYI.. they know where there food and water comes from. She'll be back.

I read that cats can teleport themselves to other places / dimensions and return later.

Something similar happened to me when I was a kid. The cat disappeared, nowhere to be found.

Then suddenly showed up out of the blue.

Freaked me out too.

Don't look at me. Was there a buttered toast disappearance at the same time? Could have been anyone wanting to build an anti-gravity drive.

Heck.. my sons girlfriend got stuck out of town because of work and had her neighbor taking care of her cat. Supposedly, the cat never made it out of the apt...
But then, by the time she came home, she had a couple of baby kitties to go with momma kitty.
Momma had found a way to get up in the ceiling and meet up with her romeo.
I have a calico cat that just kind of blends in with her surroundings. She can be laying right in front of me and I cant find her. No aliens or UFOs needed.
My guess is that you kitty has just found herself a nice get away spot.

How do you ken it was not the Nordics or Draconians?

She looks shaken

Did you check the washing machine?

Or Maybe she was over at your smelly neighbours house, smoking some...

On a more serious note: sounds like she didn't get out easily wherever she was in.

Sincerely NC

Maybe the neighbour you snitched on took your cat as payback.

Right back at ya hombero

To PandaPrincess: excellent thread. I am so glad the aliens decided to return your cat. They probably just wanted to snuggle with her because she is so damn cute.

No UFO
Cats hide

Perhaps it was a glitch in the Matrix?
Does she smell of gunpowder?
No wonder she's shaken!

Look under your bed, sometimes they will tear a hole in the boxspring and crawl up inside.
We have a cat and he likes to do it at times and wont come out until hes good and ready.
