Trump can order Twitter to stop interfering in the election.

It also allows Trump to invoke the Internet Kill-switch in the event of mass cyber attack.

President Trump knew that Twitter would ramp up ways to undermine him as we moved closer to the election. The handwriting was on the wall in late 2019, when Twitter said it could start taking negative actions against President Trump's tweets, at any time.
