How would having a mask on cause the inner opening of his ear to completely change form and go from being smooth to completely jagged? I just tried with my own mask and it absolutely does nothing even close to what you are saying.

Obviously you took the time to search other recent photos for comparison to yesterday's photos. If Biden could nibble his own ear, I'd say that's what happened to it. But, as with ObamaGate, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
