Making an account before the post requirement is raised again

Hi friends,

Having visited this site for many years as a source of news, I have never felt the need to start my own topic. Until now, before the new member post requirement jumps to 50+ . For about as long as I have viewed ATS, I have been trying to wake up the ignorant in my life. Usually this ends up hurting my social relationships, but I'd rather have no friends than fake ones! Right?

For realz tho, I made an account because I have a topic I really feel the need to start, since it involves an answer I cannot find on the ubiquitous Internet. Though, I don't mind loading this site with 20+ posts in the process muahahahaha . I will not discuss my topic until it is time, because I do not want to break the rules. So don't ask! Instead, I will enjoy the chance to finally meet some of my "news heroes" .

If you get 20 "Welcome to ATS" replies, you can reply 20 times with - "Thank you it's great to be here".

or you could post 20 of your favorite "Bucks Fizz" songs.

Then you can start your Secret Thread.

Wow DBCowboy posted on my thread! I was reading some of your posts just this morning. I've actually learned to skip some of the longer-worded posts unless it's from a user I recognize. Helps me through some difficult thread pages.

I was going to ask if anyone could tell me how to update my profile and change my picture, but I found it. Not sure how to insert a picture into a text box, but I'll keep trying.

I was skeptical at first if Bucks Fizz was a real thing, but I was not disappointed. I'll have to try them next time I'm in the mood for a mimosa.

I've always liked DBcowboy's posts. The thing that really drew me in is that his avatar looks and acts exactly like my cat.
