NYC Death Toll - Added 4,000 who never tested positive

This number is going to go up again when landlords and family members begin to discover the bodies of tenants who have died alone in their dwellings because they were unable or unwilling to get medical assistance. Some of them will certainly have succumbed to COVID-19, but a large number will also be due to other ailments.

Is the virus, media, president, system, or individual responsible for their death if they died at home unable or unwilling to get help?
