NEWS: At Least 8 Dead in WI Hotel Shooting

Shorty after 12 P.M. Saturday, gunfire broke out during a church meeting at the Sheraton Hotel in Brookfield, WI. The unamed gunman shot and killed 7 and injured several others before he killed himself. The injured are listed in serious condition at local hospitals; reports indicate that some of the injured have died at the hospital.



This news is still breaking and very few details are available at this time. I will update the story as soon as they become
available.

Thanks Sen and Banshee for the additional links. Our local news is only carrying it as a scrool on the bottom of the screen showing only the highlights with little info.

Hrm, am I the only one that finds these random looking shootings kinda fishy? There's #loads of people killed every day in the US, alot by gunfire.

Now all of the sudden the media is reporting on some of these shootings, you got that dude duking it out in a courthouse and presumably killing a Costoms guy afterward. Now you got this person shooting 10 including himself.
Media all of the sudden has time to cover this.

Next up, strict gunlaws and stuff like that I guess. Or another appendage to the Patriot Act.

8 are now dead. 4 have been wounded.

The name of the church group is the Living Church of God based out of Charlotte NC. and they have been holding services at the Sheraton Hotel for the past 4 or five years.

Some of the victims may be from out of state according to Brookfields Police chief.

The ages of the victims range from 10 years old to 72 years old.

Well it looks like someone decided that a side of more gun laws would go well with their entree of patriot act and national ID card gravy.
Apparently the random shootings coming weeks apart for the last couple months weren't doing enough to get people up in arms over the subject so fresh tactics were needed. I have trouble believing that this rash of random violence interspersed with what appears to be contract killings is as random as it seems.

thematrix, I agree, but I also think everything is shady so I might not be the best judge.

Any news on why the gunman killed these people? Was he part of the group, or just some deranged killer?

As far as I know he may have been part of the church, however; the police are not giving out any details.

According to eye witness reports the man just walked in and started to shoot at random with no specific target in mind.

Also unconfirmed reports state there has been some kind of problems within the church.

The shooter was aprox. 43 to 45 years old and New Berlin police have now gone to his house there, where they are now conducting investigations.

Apparently the police tied a pick-up truck found in the Sheraton parking lot to the home and have confimed that the shooter did in fact live there.

Apparently the Knights of Columbus were also holding a meeting in another room very close to where the other shootings took place. That is why I put the name of the Church. Apparently once the news hit the news wires several people were calling the hotel knowing that the Knights of Columbus were there, assuming that it might be them, but that was not the case.

Unbelievable....contract killings?.....i guess the government also hired kids to kill at schools, for some postal employees to go postal...for the sob that killed the Canadian mounted policemen too ect, ect......

People don't have to be hired to lose it and kill others....

I have to side with SugarLump here. I think not for one second that these tragic murders are coincendence. I feel that the powers that be may be racheting up some of this to press their agenda futher. I know quite a few sadistic goons who would love to see the Pat. Act in an even more stringent form. It is sad to think that way but there is really no other logical answer I can see. Does anyone else have the same feel on this? Or am I really going out on the limb?

No other logical explanation?....how about some people lose it for whatever reason and they just go postal...That's the most logical explanation.

Does the government also hires perverts to go after kids?....for perverts to rape women?...Did the government create gangs and made them do the things they do?...no...in fact people are capable of a lot of things, good and bad, and they don't need the government to do these things....these things have been happening for a long time. Put a bunch of people together and you will have all sorts of personalities, some good, some bad, some would rather shoot you than look at your face, others would help you any way they can...it's a shame things like this happen, but they do.

BTW...i could also play devils advocate and say for example, that liberals/gays have infiltrated churches becoming priests just to pray on children..... it is the only rational explanation right?..... Actually, it was a conspiracy made up by liberals to blame the church....

For those who see some connection in this, or who are saying that suddenly the media is reporting these multiple shotings, let me ask you one simple question:

Do you think it is at all possible to keep a reporter from dashing to the scene with cameras and sat hookups to get the scoop on the story?

In other words, I challenge you to cover up a mass murder like this. Impossible.

Eyewitness reports from the scene are now saying he had three clips and said he had intended to kill them all, however; one man told him to stop and think about it. Really shocking information.

One additonal piece of nice information is to report that many people from the General area are now arriving at the hotel and placing flowers outside the hotel for those that died.

There does seem to be an upswing in the reporting of violent acts, especially involving children, parents against their children, and adults again groups of people.

I wonder if this is an attempt to 'grease us up' in preparation for NWO penetration.

Or it could just be the fact that we're sick monkeys and we live in an insane society.

One little factoid I just heard on TV was that most of the church members were from South Carolina. The shooter was supposedly a regular member.

Also, this denomination apparently doesn't build churches, instead they rent out hotel conference rooms.

At least the guy in Atlanta was caught this morning (killed a judge, D.A. and others. It does seem as if there is an increase in violent crime lately.

Sometimes I just have to laugh at some people's profound paranoia.

Believing that these incidents are the work of the government???
OMG!! Unbelievable!!

I've seen people take B-I-G stretches to FIND conspiracies but this idea is just over-the-top.

Maybe it's time for a relaxing weekend at the spa?
