So I made my first corona virus pizza today

Italian style (maybe more like Japanese Italian American style ) pizza

Ingredients

1. flour
2. salt
3. sugar
4. dry yeast
5. water
6. olive oil
7. butter

toppings

1. mozzarella
2. red cheddar
3. mixed international German and Belgium cheese
4. onion
5. black olives
6. fresh tomatoe
7. green pepper
8. pasta sauce
9. topped it off with some Spanish olive oil on top of the ingredients

before entering the oven at 280 temp



right out of the oven

I was expecting bat sausage, and pangolin pepperoni.

2/10, would not eat.

One thing about making a homemade pizza is to add some olive oil over the toppings. Also less salt is best.

Well, its homemade , this American Italian or is it Italian American style made in Japan.
We really can't get good cheese here , that is why I had to mix up the cheese. German and Belgium cheese is good but generally not in stock.

Regular bread flour
dry yeast
salt
sugar
butter
olive oil
water (not hot )

Let it set over night

simple to make, sometimes I'll add a little garlic salt to the dough
