Well, since you asked and I know. It's actually a 2 part item. Starts in Matthew 24 ends in Revelation.

Matthew 24

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Revelation 6
12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

You must be a Catholic to think you can glean an answer to anything in one scrpture...

I know you won't buy it but I'll show you some of the scriptures that verify the Rapture in Revelation...You can't get this from this or any one scripture but they are scattered around and you have to study and put them together...If you don't know the bible, you won't get it...

Rev 19:7  Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
  Rev 19:8  And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
  Rev 19:9  And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 

The Lamb is Jesus...His wife is the church...This is the wedding taking place in heaven...

While this wedding is taking place, the earth is in a shambles...The plagues of Revelation are decimating the Earth along with the people who hate Israel and those who rejected the free offer of God to salvation...

When the Rapture happens only Christians will know it's the Rapture...How it gets explained away to the rest of the world, I don't know...At that time we will be raised up, given celestial bodies, go thru a cleansing process I Cor. 3 so we can stand before God, sinless and be ready for the wedding...

You might want to notice that at the 2nd Coming of Jesus, only the bad guys leave the Earth, not the good guys (who will ultimately accept Jesus during the Tribulation)...And these 'saved' people will NOT be part of the church/bride...The wedding has already taken place...

you have 3 choices:

1) the innocent (babies, the mental, people never exposed to the "word") get to go if the christian god is fair and just.

2) only christians after the age of accountability (13 years old according to jewish tradition) that have heard and accepted the "word" get to go if the christian god is not fair and just.

3) it's already happened. mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Many think God is a monster but we are told He extends His mercy to even a broken reed
A broken reed is just that, a reed from a river that is broken.
A reed, a piece of bamboo, common and worthless, broken making it even more worthless and God even values that, how much more a child
"A broken reed He will not break [off] And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish [He will not harm those who are weak and suffering]; He will faithfully bring forth justice.

Maybe the raptures happening now! Let’s say all the deaths are actually people being raptured! Which means if you survive your a sinner along with the rest of us lol sorry after all that effort you didn’t make it.

The 144 000 are described in revelation Chapter 7.

The 144000 are the marked servants of God from the 12 tribes of Israel. 12 000 from each tribe will have a seal in their forhead.

It does say in the bible one must become as a little child to enter the Kingdom...... so it seems they would need no rapture.
