NEWS: US Customs Agent found Dead in Atlanta

Breaking news is reporting that Atlanta authorities have found a dead US Customs agent in the Northern part of Atlanta. No one is sure if this is contected to Brian Nichols who shot four others yesterday, killing three of them



I think that considering the fact this Agent was found in the very same area that Brian Nichols lived there is a very strong possiblity this could be related.

Police are now searching for his 1994 Blue Chevy Pick-up truck and they gave a plate number but I missed it . Police are stating the Agents gun, badge and ammuntion were missing from the body of the individual.

Makes sense this could be the same guy, once you kill a cop there's no turning back and no holds barred. What I don't understand is why the guy was only being escorted to court by a single officer in the first place, having already had a problem prior to this incident.

Hope they get him soon.

Kerrrrapp! That guy is good. I mean, "good" as in, really really skilled, not good as in, I approve of what he is doing.

Does anyone besides me think this Nichols guy shows all the signs of having some serious operative training? I mean the guy, in the middle of a court room, manages to wrestle the gun from a bailiff, shoot the judge, escape from the 8th floor of a building, get in a NEWS VAN (how hard can it be to spot that???) and escape.

Later we find that someone has killed a customs agent and taken all the equipment neccesary for him to pose as this person.

I'm not going to jump to any conspiratorial conclusions, but my money is on this guy being some sort of special forces, or covert op. Either that, or the government found some link between him and someone else, and they're letting him run amok till he leads them to the someone else.

He is very smart and very ahead of the game.

He only moved the Accord 2 floors in the parking garage.

Then asked the guy he took the car from how to get to the mall, then an agent is killed by the mall.
He had to know the agent.

Its all very weird.

Police are now saying they are looking for a blue 1994 Chevrolet pickup bearing GA license APG 6121.

I agree. Very weird. This guy seems to know exactly what he's doing, or he's doing an incredible job of making it up as he goes along.

Wasn't the trial Nichols was standing for rape charges?

That doesn't seem to fit... not with the actions this guy is taking, or the intellect required to pull all this off. Rape is usually a crime of uncontrollable anger, which indicates a personality type not capable of rational thought under stressful circumstances. Yet it seems like everything he's doing is cooly calculated and driven to a particular point.

Anyone want to try and connect the dots?

One thing is for sure, this guy isn't going to let the authorities capture him alive.

He's an extremely dangerous person now and I don't believe anyone will be safe in his presence.

The guy should go ahead and commit suicide, because he's already dead.

Well, they got the guy. It will be interesting to see what else comes out of all this. Some of the speculation in this thread is interestingly plausible.

Any new news on the customs agent? Would love to know if it was completely seperate from the Nichols case. I am also interested to see if someone has calculated this murder for other purposes.

He has been linked to Nichols and that will be one of the charges according to the news I have seen.

I have no idea if his murder was connected to anyother thing then being at the wron place at the wrong time.
