With so many people stuck at home right now I've heard many joke about eating all of their "quarantine" snacks and gaining a lot of weight due to "boredom eating". I wonder how many really are gaining that much weight?

Since this stay at home mess started I personally have lost weight. While I cooked quite a bit before I am cooking even more now. Without the temptation to just grab a quick bite while being out and about my processed food intake has dwindled down to near zero. I do have to admit though that when doing our grocery shopping I have stayed away from most processed foods and sweets, opting for more healthy options in an attempt to boost our immune systems.

My better half is essential so out working every day. Normally he has lunch at dine-in restaurants (of which most are either closed or offering take out only) so he has been eating a lot of drive-thru fast food to limit contact with others. He hates it! Don't tell him I said so but the hamburgers and fries are beginning to show (even though he gets plenty of physical activity) and the lack of vitamins as well. He's still a sexy beast though!

So what I am curious to know is are you packing on pounds as a result of "stay at home" measures or have you actually lost weight due to eating less take-out and processed foods?

Lost, I don't eat a lot during the week normally and I'm having healthier things since I'm not traveling and I prepare them myself.

Plus all the exercise I'm getting in chasing my neighbors around trying to lick them on the mouth.

Lost.

I'm working so much that I don't have time to eat like I usually do.

I almost am able to see my toes now.

I'm now "skinny".

If this stuff blows over before Summer has ended I must insist that you post pics in your Speedo, for posterity and what not.

I'd spray Lysol in my eyes if I could but it's all sold out.

I live in the country so an unhindered in walking in the great outdoors. I walk my normal 20-30 miles a week with the dogs. Only thing that's different is that there's no pub at the end of the walks!

My whole life has been about gaining weight.
I have a very fast metabolism and putting on weight has been a curse to me.
I've been eating lots of pork belly and anything fatty, the less calories i burn, the better.

I had a killer steak the other night that had a half inch of fat.....yum!!!

My wife and I have noticed we're starting to develop tiny bellies. Haven't been able to go to the gym for a while now. The "Good" food will be gone before too long, then its onto what is lining the shelves in the basement.

(Can't leave because of some of the people in the house being severely immuno-compromised)

My cholesterol levels just cringed!

One of our daughters is the same. She has to fight to put on weight and fight even harder to keep it on. She is really tall so she appears even thinner than she really is.

On the plus side when she was younger it got her a lot of modeling work. Nowdays she just wants to look healthy.

I actively go to the gym every 2 days for an hour - Eat roughly 5,000 calories a day and 3L of water.

Being stuck at home for the last 5 weeks.. I have lost 6 pounds.

I haven't been staying home. My GF and I are care givers for the elderly and disabled in our village. County chickensh!ts have shut down all services so now it's up to the community to step up for the respected elders.

Lost 10 lbs since there is no craft services on set...in fact no sets. Wrapped on the last production active in US that was still shooting.
