Is any of the Coronavirus news true?

This is not my original thought, but the other day somebody asked "where is all the viral social media?" Hundreds of millions of people voraciously post mundane things so why are we not seeing a million twitter and instagram and facebook posts saying "I got covid" or "omg my dad got covid"??

It's just some movie stars and sports heroes and pop music stars (probably getting paid, like for an acting gig) saying they got covid. Some even say they don't feel bad, but they know for sure somehow, they got covid. What?? It's all nonsense. It's a giant Peter Pandemic fantasy hoax.

We are on the edge of an economic collapse due to this. Doomsday preppers are all in the bunks rn laughing saying they told us so.

As it looks like the world is already in lockdown with a lot if our freedoms lost there is no need to do it again.

All they have to say is we have to be kept on lockdown because further waves of the pandemic are coming which according to the media we may already be seeing in China.

You only know for sure if you have it if you get tested. Here in the UK they were only testing people who had travelled from an infected country or if you had been in contact with someone who had or someone who had tested positive. Now it’s if you were already in hospital and showing symptoms.

We are hoping to start testing NHS and frontline staff at some point.

Oh, and if you’re famous or a Royal or in the government then you will get a test.

Listen, my friend, I have known this is a scam from the very moment the CDC announced the first case in the U.S. I waited patiently as the weeks went by. I counted from 1 to 40 and in that 40th week the CDC announced the new novel coronavirus had reached the U.S. I watched the weeks progress and the stock market tumble just as I expected.

We can all analyze it and see the various angles, but what can we do? Our so-called leaders need to LEAD US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. All I see is a bunch of anti-American Democrat Globalists trying to communize us, and some fake Republicans selling their country down the river. President Trump needs to put a stop to this. Anti-American Technocrats need to be arrested, tried and hung in public. Anti-American politicians need to be arrested, tried and hung in public. We need to take back the education system and teach children to love America. We need to boycott Hollywood movies, music, publications, etc. and clean up our culture. The filth has been in the spotlight far too long. We need to push it back into the darkness and allow our children to be children and innocent for a lot longer than we currently do. Damn it, kids five years old are watching porn on their cell phones!! We have allowed our so-called leaders to incrementally tear us down and destroy the soul of our nation.

I'm angry.

As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious diseases (HCID) in the UK.

This is a very good point, I have to wonder why it's so hard to find videos from people who have CV19, and the ones I can find are from people describing very mild symptoms 99% of the time. I found one or two videos from older people describing more serious symptoms, but it's clear the MSM has blown this thing way out of proportion and into the stratosphere.

It might be worth considering that the media isn't just for lying, but is a psychological weapon in general. Confusion is a very effective form of warfare.

To many on here that consistently question its content: its effect may be limited. To those that are effectively programmed by it though; to have these trusted institutions slowly revealed to be utterly untrustworthy; to have the enire system that they believe in revealed to be something dishonest beyond comprehension - this could cause a crisis of faith like never before seen. Giving the opportunity for...?

I am definitely one to err on the side of caution when it comes to this. The media is doing a great job instilling and selling the fear pandemic as well. The economy has tanked and will it go further? Millions are out of work, and no amount of stimulus is going to ever reverse that course.

So everyone should be safe and practice good hygiene habits regardless if the hospitals are full or no yet. Maybe they are all empty because no one want's to go, maybe because they aren't sick enough to go to the ER, or maybe because they are all staying home and listening to the gov't orders. In any case, we all need to pay attention.

Do not give up your rights from fear.

Of course the hospitals are going to be quieter when routine operations and all other non-emergency appointments have been cancelled.

If one doctor normally see's 20 patients a day and there are 15 doctors at the clinic/hospital thats 300 patients plus a person with most of them, thats around say 500 people that would normally be there that are not.

Thats why the hospitals will look empty, because there are no appointments. And also no visitors for the patients on wards neither.

Oh look SC has 184 people hospitalzed.

I'm betting they are not all in one hospital either.

So not surprising no one is seeing this there.

I'm in a bigger city near Norfolk VA and there are no lines here yet but my city has less than 20 cases so I wouldn't expect to see lines.

I feel for the deniers because the next few weeks are going to be very hard on folks.

What about the reports that there are long lines for testing followed the next day by street reporters showing absolutely no one being tested? Was it a one day thing and the media happened to pick the only day there was a line?

How would you already have antibodies if you didn't have the disease.

The monitoring and discovery of people who had it and recovered will give a better view of the spread.

The bigger the crowd carrying antibodies the better. We need them to help others because they can make medicine from their plasma.
and they are the available work force. The recovered can go to work.
