The person in the boxing fraternity was a "super spreader" who infected 50 people at Lumpinee and these have gone on to infect others resulting in a rapid rise and rapid expansion in the location of cases in Thailand.



He said that this strain is much more severe and has a far higher mortality rate because of its ability to cause onset of severe respiratory disease and even heart related problems.



He pointed to the fact that in Italy there had been 47,021 cases and 4,032 deaths or 8.6%. By comparison in South Korea 8,799 had been infected with only 102 deaths making the death rate just 1.1%.

So his evidence that the virus has mutated is that it's killing more people in some countries than in others?

Yeah, because that's soooo scientific...

The head of the CDC did admit on national TV the first assertion about the fact that some patients were misdiagnosed with flu and really died of coronavirus. When and where he didn't say.

When the U.S. government advised its people not to wear masks, was it not being passive? Just too many questions call for the U.S.’s explanation

Interestingly while the entire world uses masks in the US for some reason( they never give a good reason BTW) they advise against it.

the first case was not a man who was in hawaii, yes there was a couple that went to hawaii that was diagnosed but they weren't the first cases.

first korean case was a chinese woman.

the first two cases in italy were again a couple from china.

many first diagnosed cases around the world were all Chinese couples who were tourists and from wuhan.

that last part is easy to answer, the people who had no known connection probably were a: lying, b: knew someone else who did. either way why does that matter when many cases did indeed have a connection?

global travel is what spread it regardless of where it came from so this whole assertion that it came from the US is either plain ignorance or propaganda to shift the blame so china can save face.

Where did it start Mr. Troll? Where are those countries close to, oh I'm sure Americans are all over Iran too... If it came from the US then we would be a lot farther on the curve than we are as we are basically just starting. China is the farthest on the curve to the point that the virus is most likely finished here being the first place by like 2 months to get it.

If you are suggesting we sent it as a bio weapon why did we miss Russia? Russia has been somewhat safe since the Chinese are not all over that country like they are in many others. Add in China's highest level Bio research facility is like 200 yards from the wet market in Wuhan... Hmmm

Actually this is true... It doesn't fit well with the evolutionary process for the virus to kill the host. Viruses that kill the host quickly tend to die out quickly, and this is why really bad viruses like the Bird Flu and Ebola usually have very short lived hot zones while something like HIV has a huge one, and even in the case of HIV they have found strains of it in Africa that don't cause AIDS.
