Looks like its not stopping so I would say 60m infections (about the same as flu), somewhere between 0.5-1m deaths
Depends a lot on how successful the people are at stopping the spread.

It's accelerating now in the UK too. Over 1000 new cases yesterday.

One thing we need to be aware of on predictions - I am pretty sure China is now lying about their numbers.
