Prediction for the peak cases of Covid 19 in America

Normally when I make predictions they are almost always wrong but i am going to make a prediction anyway.

As of today the number of carona virus cases in China has stoped leaving a total number of 80 967 infected cases where 71 000 have recovered.

In the future I predict that America will reach its peak number of cases around 50 000 and with almost 1000 deaths.

I also believe the majority of cases around the world will decline by the end of April.

Florida has a lot of retired old folk with many health problems.

Don't assume the virus is what kills them if they die.

The statistics will not show the truth me thinks.

The history books will be looking back at this a case of global mass hysteria resulting in great global economic depression. The historians will blame it on social media, bias media reporting, and political posturing.

I think your predicted numbers might be way off.

I don’t believe the numbers from China. You can’t make an accurate prediction with bad data.

Nor can you compare containment measures.

Not sure about cases, but deaths I predict will be in the low thousands. When we hit 1,000, probably in another week or so, the panic and restrictions will reach it's peak. I don't think it will get anywhere close to normal seasonal flu deaths of 50,000 +, but you can be sure that we'll be told our social isolation precautions made the difference, otherwise there would have been at least half a million dead. And I'm sure that will be true to some degree, but the question of how much of this was really necessary, will be a big debate for years to come.

You're making the assumption that the Chinese govt is reporting the real numbers.

I predict that by the end of Jun in America we will have 20% total death rate reduction per month for the four months no matter how many die from COVID-19.

China being China separated the infected and put them in Isolation,
In the west we are not testing enough and are told to self isolate..

China's numbers are off by two to three 0's.

Even their own doctors and medical staff said there was more than 100,000 deaths by end of January. Then the CCP REALLY cracked down on the information getting out.

Think about that for a bit and I would honestly say.. Infection cases for China must be near the 100,000,000 range and deaths within a few million, if not in the teens.

The evidence is too overwhelming and for how quiet they are now.. very suspicious.

We will see millions in NA for infections and millions in the death count. Italy is already stopped counting the dead because they are overwhelmed in the matter of 10 days.

Just wait. End of this month, it will be a whole new world.

I likely have it now. I'll let you know how it goes.

Those numbers out of China cannot be real, anyone believes what comes from state propaganda media is mad. If one considers THEY caused the outbreak that could financially cripple the world (insurmountable embarrassment/incompetence factor); it is a demonstration of diabolical genius or a massive mismanagement of simple information dissemination.

When the body bags came back from Vietnam, they were surprised at the amount of bad hearts in basically kids. The crap diets haven't changed but have gotten worse, now people are Obese have Diabetes are on so much medication that America could be worse than Italy which has a reasonably healthy diet. All these chickens come home to roost at these testing times. So good luck, your gonna need it.

Good food/nutrition (organic unmodified) is fuel for the body. Bad chemically/genetically modified "fillerup with processed corn syrup and soy genetically modified" frankenfoods. What about the pesticides that poison our cells? Does this not put needless strain on health care providers; "another diabetes appetizer please", obesity, heart disease desert?

The thing about it is that self isolation is only going to get you so far. Most people don't have enough supplies of everything they need for 14 days of complete isolation. If the government can hand out daily rations of all necessary supplies to every single household, we might have a chance.

If you need medication to live, you're screwed unless you're brave enough to leave the house, go to a doctor and then go to a pharmacy. That's if you can find a doctor. The system of medicine dispensing in this country was already too rigid before this happened. How are you supposed to get refills without getting sick? The people who need medication are probably the people who can't afford to get sick. The pharmacies need to be forced to waive requirements for additional prescriptions for medications that people need to survive. You'll be lucky if you can go to the pharmacy and come back without getting infected. Having to interact with doctors and medical staff if you don't have to is too much.
