Look at infection rate in areas stricken by malaria. They are very low. chloroquine is used to treat malaria

The dosage recommended is so huge. 500 mg twice a day for 10 days.

With Malaria, it's 1000mg the first dose. 500 mg 6-8 hours later then 500 mg once a day for two more days -- so three days total.

So there seems to be an initial home treatment that might help prevent the need to go to the hospital - note this is not a save all it is just a theory on getting the body to start defending itself sooner Medcram update 47

So with that, Vit C and other natural immune boosters. perhaps those without a compromised immune system can stay-out of the hospital and allow the really sick to have the beds and ventilators.

Because, at this point, there is only anecdotal evidence, it's not proven..remember what Fauci said. I believe they are doing trials.
I think it's a dangerous drug to play around with. One could easily find themselves in trouble if not under the supervision of a doctor.
