During this time of uncertainty and fear it is worthwhile to give a little hope. Researchers in China, Australia, and the UK have discovered that an old anti-malaria drug, called chloroquine, is effected as a treatment for COVID-19. The best part is that the drug has been around for 70 years, there's plenty of it, and it is already approved by most governments.

Here is a link to a recent news article out of Australia. The second paragraph of the article mentions results seen in test tubes, but be sure to read the entire article because it is know that chloroquine has been used as a "cure" in China since early February. The news hasn't really gotten much attention in the United States:

If the link doesn't work do a Google search for the article entitled "Coronavirus Australia: Queensland researchers find ‘cure’, want drug trial" from news.com.au

If you did a quick search you would have realized this was discussed in many other threads. Korea is using it and it's suspected that's why their death rate is so low. So far no double blind studies,so it's not official.

Yes, but not in this context.

No, it's not "official," but it has been shown to be nearly 100% effective with no side effects. That's good news! Of course, you can bet that the rich are hoarding it right now.

They are hoarding apples?

Because that's what the drug is harvested from.... apple peels.

An apple a day...

I read that a while back, like three weeks ago. I found a relationship between the chloroquin and Vitamin K chemistry. It appears that things like eggs, milk, butter, and some plant base high vitamin K sources can actually help discourage malaria from being caught. Of course, most of the people in poor areas of the world do not have access to much of that stuff So their susceptibility to the disease is higher. Now these chemistries are weaker than what is needed to treat this disease, but they may be able to be able to help to keep you from getting it as bad. The enzyme found in fruit can turn the vitamin K into an active form that can effect this virus, the enzyme creates a different kind of malliard reaction than browning by heat does.

Chloroquin works well with the other cocktail that destroys the viral enzymes, I know the first starts with an R and the second with an le. Tired, I cannot remember those chemical names right now.
