Telepathy of the brain is an unmeasurable communication. I think they are blending the ability of the brain with technology and calling it telepathy.

Its more like Chip telepathy. But I could see how this could be big.
If people thought that cell phones cause tumors and such, I could just imagine the telapthy lawsuits before they even started.

But it sure sounds interesting. I personally have some form of telepathy thats pretty spooky and gets pretty good range. But to have a chip do it, well, thats probably allot more reliable.
