Tulsi Gabbard said 1099 (Contractors) should get $1,000 a month until the economy recovers. Maybe good for baby sitters.

Actually , the limit in most States is about $300/week.
The max in Georgia is $330
Which comes out to a little better than $1000/month
So , Gabbard is for lowering unemployment insurance ?
