If that's this administration's reasoning then they should be run out of office and infected with Covid-19.

How about letting congress take the rest of the year off!
Just get the hell out of the way, that's what Trump should say.

We are fortunate that Congress is leaving for a 10-day vacation today.

But if you're referring to Dr. Fauci, he's on the news more than Vice President Pence. On top of that, he's always seen testifying either before Congress or the House Oversight and Reform Committee, to keep everyone up to speed on the virus. I see no problem here.

Democrats in Congress do not care about illegal aliens killing Americans or American Mothers killing their babies. So it's hard to believe they are livid over anyting.

It has nothing to do with it being free and universally available.

They tested what's-his-bucket the NBA player yesterday just before the game and got results. It can be done. They just don't want to.

This has been explained. For whatever reason, the CDC is bottlenecking testing. That's on the CDC. Clearly, other places can test, even in this country. The test is one that uses a process that has been used since before *I* was in college, so it's hardly cutting edge.

Instead of Centers for Disease Control, maybe we should be calling them the Centers for Testing Control.

Funny how a rich basketball team can get tested and results in such a quick time yet regular people cant. Any idea why?

For the same reason a lab out in Washington started testing people and then got told to stop by the CDC. Any idea why?

But of course, the government will do universal healthcare flawlessly.

The reason is because poor people can't give money to Big Pharma.

Like I said, the states with the worst healthcare (which has a strong correlation to poorest states) are pretty much the only states that haven't tested for the virus.

As long as we're reliant on publically traded companies to provide our tests, the poorest states are going to receive the short end of the stick.

Actually they are not "rich".
They are a small market franchise unable to keep their superstars see: harden, james; durant , kevin; and westbrook, russell.

Is the aforementioned "livid" congress still going on vacation?
Perhaps you misunderstand "livid"?
Were they "livid" they would stay and fix the issue.

To be fair, the House passed a comprehensive bill that addressed the virus. McConnell decided he would rather play politics and rejected the bill while announcing the Senate's recess was canceled.

Of course it will be interesting to see how many senators actually stick around considering there's at least one confirmed cases on Capitol Hill.

I love it. Everyone thinks that everything should be for them. It should be fair(!!!). Humans will never be perfect their response will always be flawed and nothing is fair. A lot of entitlement being thrown around. The same fair being shown for some will not be shown to others. For whatever reason. And no one will know about it. For things to be fair you have to be the loudest popular media agenda driven human segment out there, otherwise its a big fat middle finger. Be part of that clique, you dont want to miss out! LMFAO this whole thing is skeevy AF. Another "EVENT" in an ocean of bullsh!t.

They seem to always be on vacation.

Do you know they hardly work two days a week!
Though, they claim their working in their districts the other 3 days a week. Do you believe that?

So then "congress" is not "livid"?
Perhaps the house dems but not congress?
