I have no time for Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.

He's a self-promoting, self-aggrandising, never has been knobhead.
What relevant points he has are discredited by his grandstanding and at times blatant lies and exaggerations and his ego has jeopardised several grooming cases.

But, and this is as massive a but as they come, if this man, regardless of ethnicity, has touched his daughter inappropriately then I don't blame him one little bit.

Unfortunately in this age of snowflake hyper-sensitivity people aren't allowed to stand up for themselves or their family's.
And that's not something that is exclusive to the UK.

Personally I'd have literally kicked the living daylights out of the nonce scumbag.

Let's hope MSM report the facts regardless of who the accused is and the British judicial system acts with the impartiality that is supposed and alleged to be at its very core.

So Tommy was arrested again, this time for defending his young daughter from a paedophile, something i notice every news outlet in the UK fails to mention.

What a hero.

The man who admitted touching his daughter WASN'T arrested.

That should tell you something.

Not sure although the two policemen who arrested Tommy are Asian. This area of the UK has a strong Muslim community and is home to some of the more radicalised members of the faith.

Grabbing women by the pussy is frowned upon. Unless the woman is a small child and the ‘grabber’ is islamic.
Then it’s openly defended.

So you think he coached his 8 year old daughter to say she was molested?

I think his wee girls statement on the video is all the evidence I need. If your daughter described the situation the same way would you react any differently?

I am questioning this part.

What father wouldn't react this way when someone admits to touching their children inappropriately.

The perp admits he did it according to the OP.

All I asked for was a source for that.

Can't seem to find any details and according to police they haven't released any details so at this point there's only his word for it.

Bedfordshire Police did not provide details of the incident but said Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, had since been released on bail.

Did you listen to his daughters statement before you took this indifferent and sarcastic position?

It doesn’t take a hero or a political activist to defend your children, it takes a father because the police won’t do #!

If this was anyone else but Tommy he would have universal support!

Possibly pal but how many stories of Asian men molesting and raping young English girls have been brushed under the carpet in this country over the last ten years? Too many!

England (and every country) has been sweeping accounts of children been molested by adults under the rug for... always. No matter the race.

No , I didn't watch the video .. why should I it's just the accused getting in his excuses , his daughter is his daughter.

He isn't a political activist he's a racist thug.

You’re always well balanced with your responses and I agree with all of that but your optimism with regard impartiality of the British justice system and media when Tommy or Asian grooming gangs are involved is severely misplaced.

His 8 year old daughter makes this accusation on tape before the assault. Maybe you should listen before passing judgement.

He isn’t racist at all, Islam is not a race. Please provide me one single quote or reference with anything resembling racism from him. I don’t agree with a lot of what he says, I also think a lot of it is to feed his own ego but it’s certainly not racially motivated.

Even if he was, are the children of racists now open game because of their parents opinions?

Support for justice!

OK , so he's an Islamist ... Oh , errr.

I tend not to take the word of thugs , or their family.

If you support justice we'll see what the courts say when both sides of the story are known.

I didn't say I have faith in our judicial system just that we have to have a bit of hope in it.
I've had more than my fair share of first hand experience of it to know the difference.

Unfortunately for Stephen his history of lying and exaggerating may be coming back to bite him in the arse.

I can't say I believe Yaxley-Lennon on his evidence alone just that if his version of events are true - and I'm not for one minute saying I don't believe him either - then I don't blame him on little bit and if such a thing had ever happened to my daughter I know I would have reacted far worse.

Lets hope there are some independent witnesses or CCTV footage that can shed light on the truth.

Fair to say it's a red flag the cops didn't arrest the alleged pedo.

I think the video of him talking to his daughter sounds genuine, for all his faults I just don’t see what he has to gain from this, nor do I think he would use his wee girl just as an excuse to start trouble while walking around bare foot in a holiday resort full of families.

Also, 8 year olds don’t make this kind of thing up on their own. Either she was coached, made it up all by herself or is telling the truth.

Remember people the victim here is an 8 year old girl, not Tommy.

The alleged victim.
In the current climate do you think the police would let a guy who has sexually assaulted an 8 year old girl go if they had reason to believe the claim is valid ?

Until more details are released all we have is assumption , I assume the story is different to the one told by the defendant.

Not yet.
If there's CCTV footage that supports Yaxley-Lennon's version of events then who knows?

The police, CPS etc have received huge amounts of criticism for their criminal mis-handling of numerous grooming cases and as a result are under intense public scrutiny.
They can not afford to be seen to be brushing such a high profile case as this under the carpet.

Once the hallway arrest conversation began, had this guy been a black man in the US, he would have been dead on the floor within two minutes. Nah, that's hyperbolic. But certainly in the US he would also have been arrested for resisting arrest and for assaulting and office as at one point he kicked out his foot at one of the officers.

He shows himself to be a belligerent fellow who was itching for a confrontation. It seeps out of almost every frame of the video. He had a video of gathering information from his daughter and a long video with the police in the hallway. I wonder why he didn't have a video of his confrontation with the man.

I don’t know a single man on the planet that wouldn’t be outraged with the whole situation. Certainly I think his behaviour is consistent with a man who’s daughter has just been abused and now she’s having to watch him be arrested for defending her.

Hard to film when your punching someone in the face.
