It was about a week ago. Pretty close, something like 46% to 43% (so within the margin of error), but they still had Bernie leading him.

That's the FOX poll, the CBS poll with 10 times the sample size is closer to 3%.

I'm actually a fan of Bernie for pretty much the same reasons Joe Rogan is. I don't believe for a minute that he is a hardcore red commie socialist, or whatever the current "Russia" propaganda is asserting (for the record, I thought the red smears against President Trump were equally moronic, which is part of why I left the party in the first place).

I have said it before but I would *love* a Trump / Bernie race, if only for the national conversation about actual issues (the disparity between employment viability in the US vs. Chinese or Indian graduates meet the globalization of professional employment, which is a conversation most American's aren't capable of participating in any meaningful way, as an example).

I don't believe the dimwits in the Dem party have done anything to lay the groundwork for the necessary "revolution" in congress required to make Bernie anything other than the world's lamest duck and I don't believe Bernie's grassroots campaign can afford to address this problem in time to make a difference this cycle --if ever, but none of the competing "democratic" (you've got to be kidding me) candidates can articulate a platform beyond "Orange man = bad" so their campaigns are meaningless to me.

And for the love of all that equals more than two brain cells rattling around inside an empty skull, my family earned more in interest last year than we earned from professional employment, so let's dispense with the "spending other people's money" arguments.

Everyone knows how wasteful and grift-fueled our government is at every level and I welcome any discussion that involves reigning that nonsense in, including draining the swamp (and the democrat party is clearly at least half of the swamp plus 90-percent of the stupid).
