I think he was the best of the bunch. But no chance to win. Steyer needs to drop out too.

Buttigieg met with Joe Biden earlier today. And he met with Jimmy Carter too for guidance.

I have no intention of being bigoted but it almost seems like a stage name.

If the guy was straight I would still poke fun at his name because...

Steyr dropped out last night.

I missed that, no idea why he poured so much money into SC when he had no chance.

Steyer is a crusader. I don't think he seriously thought he had a chance. I think he only did it try to bring up climate change every chance he had. Notice how every answer he ever gave at a debate referenced that?

I am sure the old guard on the DNC asked Buttigeig to do this in hopes his would be voters will vote for Biden on Tuesday.

That said, I bet they are encouraging Warren to stay in as long as possible because her supporters will likely vote for Sanders.

I think you nailed it.

It makes me think they'll pay Warren to stay in as long as possible to siphon as many votes away from Bernie as possible.

I would love to see this backfire on the DNC.

I wonder how many super Tuesday voters have already voted? I know we voted over a week ago.

And then the pandering to the black vote with that song and dance?

It's clear the DNC has no idea what to do at this point to combat Bernie.

It's pretty obvious that they were orignially planning on having Buttigieg's delegates go to Bloomberg. But after the lukewarm reception he has had, they were forced to back on Biden after his one good showing.

It will be interesting to see what things look like after Tuesday. Bernie is positioned to pick up a lot of delegates. I won't be surprised if we're only left with Bernie, Biden, and Bloomberg a week from now.

It will be interesting to see what Warren does with her delegates. If there's one candidate she sides most with it's Bernie. But as the losses pile up she has started parroting the DNC more and more.

He's securing a VP slot with Biden.

I don't think so. Biden is going to pick someone that is not among the candidates. Supposedly, he has already thrown out Michelle O's name.

I think Obama has a wealthy black friend (can't remember his name) that he touted a couple of months back and there was some chatter that he would be good presidential material.

BHO will probably decide who Biden's running mate will be. That's when BHO will endorse Biden.

I don't think Biden can make it through 4 years of a presidential term.

That's a big reason why he dropped out now. Purely analytical mind. Look at the spreadsheet and said I don't have a chance.
