Can't star posts

So I bought a generic tablet (KDX) to replace my dying Samsung and it does have some issues. One is when I star a post on ATS the star disappears when I leave the page. As well it displays a broken symbol with some ads on various websites and the comments section on some also display as broken.
I bought it to do surfing ect but am feeling jilted. Is there something I should download?

Are you sure? When you leave a page and then go back to it, it will show an empty star again. Although, it only allows you to star once, as it should.

Yes, there is an empty star again. I started counting to test it. I was not adding stars. Staring your post

OK am back and all your posts have a star with an empty star and I restarred them. Now I see two stars each.

You cannot star your own post. You cannot double-star a post.
