And here's how to post pictures:

1) Go to the upload option, in TOOLS+, and select image from your computer



2)Image is uploaded, you see it in your folder. Click on it.



3)Image will appear in another window with options listed. Select "Use in a post", copy the link, paste it in the post you're writing.

Great post there.

If anyone wants to post an image which is automatically centered however, then bear in mind you don't copy the top link highlighted in Casandra's post, instead you need to copy the full url of the image, in other words the link at the bottom of this image she provided here:

Paste that into a post but add the appropriate image tags to It so It looks exactly like this:

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/files/img/uz4e7d11fd.jpg[/atsimg]

Doing so then produces this:

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/files/img/uz4e7d11fd.jpg[/atsimg]

Thus the image is now centered as opposed to being stuck on the left hand side.

How do we delete our account?

Recently joined ATS but seem to be having trouble updating my location/mood etc. Can someone redirect me to the correct page where i can alter this?

What you need to do is click on "Tools" at the top of the page, and doing so will take you here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

There you can edit your location, your timezone, your current mood, your signature and everything else of this nature.

I have little or no idea how forums work and have just discovered how to post! I'm looking forward to posting my conspiracy.

How do I put a link on on my signature? I used the proper HTML code...but for some reason this and other HTML (bold face type) is not displaying properly...Is there something different I have to do on this site with the HTML for it to display on my signature?

I haven't seen this question being asked just yet but what is the REALLY Above top secret section? I've been lurking around for years and only recently have I realized that, that section is forbidden. How does one gain access to it? Or is it just an admin/mod section?

It's a forum that was hidden from searches and non members, so technically you could post threads that were "secret" and only shown to the RATS members. Back then it was 500 points a month or something like that. Now it's open to anyone over a certain about of posts. I think the number is 200 posts.

I have been a long time fan and reader of the site but I saw something in the sky over Phoenix today that compelled me to create an account and post what i saw. I just tried to create a post but since i am new it wont let me. can the Mod message me and help? i have a few pictures of some very strange chemtrails and when i called the operator at Sky Harbor airport to inquire about it they told me it was "a military aircraft and not to worry" but as i pressed for more info he said that it was a C-130 that was burning fuel. It still seemed very odd to me so i called my friend who is a pilot for a major airline that flies jumbo jets to ask him about it. He had some interesting comments. i need help uploading the pics and i can also add more details about location, etc.
