So recently I got a call from a very good friend asking for help.
His sister had a crappy boyfriend that made a scene at her job in Texas that ended up costing her that job. I don’t know why or what exactly transpired but she moved to Oklahoma to her brother my good friend.
She was having a hard time finding work mostly because she didn’t know anyone.
All I did was make one call and now she is back on track!
I guess being in my 30’s and having connections can really help others.i think I want to keep doing this and possibly do so in Texas as I know people there and also Arizona.

I really just want to share the good news and possibly inspire others to do the same.

Have a great day fellow members as today here in Henderson Nevada is absolutely gorgeous and the birds are chirping!

Kudos to you!
It doesn't take all that much effort to change another person's situation for the better.

putting your reputation out there for others is great..... as long as the others understand how big of a thing that really is.
I have been burned a time or two. Then I found a vetting process that made things so much easier.

This is not a brag but more of a possibility to inspire others to do the same.
Often others need to see or read about good deeds to be inspired.

He gave me his word in regards to her work abilities. And I trust him with my life so I take him at his word.
But yes you are very correct and others should take note of what you said.

That's the best kind of brag.

Good on OP for not letting it go to his head. Who needs a 24 paragraph sermon of his life and deeds?

Someone recently said they'd "put in a good word for me." It's a shame they won't be getting their handsome referral bonus as they didn't actually put in said good word. They were just banking on the bonus.

So in a world rife with self-serving D-units, cheers to OP

The last time you claimed to help a girl you had to go into hiding, careful.

Ya well she lost her job due to that instance and her dad is serving a 5 month sentence.

It’s always nice to lend a helping hand, and it would do us all some good to dust off our karma.
