Right first off I don't know what you have been a victim of if anything BUT will point out to everyone that there are well documented cases of US AND UK military experimenting on both there own civilian citizen's AND on the civilian's of other friendly even allied nations.

So if they are using the general populace of the US for experimental purposes it would not surprise me one bit, using electronic mood control to depress the population during election debates when an unfavorable candidate is gaining ground and make the population feel stimulated when the preferred candidate is gaining ground are one potential use of this technology, inducing passive behavior or increasing violence are two other potentially useful (To less than ethical element's that ALL military's and government's in the world have in there rank's) are other potential uses.

EM warfare is a very real field of technological investment and study and according to some sources they have already weaponized mobile network's.
Look up Jesse Ventura's episode called Brain Invaders for more on that.



BUT I warn you for your own sake if you are suffering mental psychosis it can be a terrifying experience as you can become every more paranoid and less grounded in the real world around you so while it is tempting to ascribe your symptom's to this possible other cause it is also better to seek help in case the issue is neurological or psychological in nature.

Just remember that just because you are suffering symptom's DOES NOT MEAN that you are the victim of a directed attack HOWEVER the technology to perform this kind of attack DOES MOST DEFINITELY exist.

I also didnt mention while a ship was at port 2 person's fled a Navy ship after using there Laser 4inch wide beam on my lower left torso and jumped into a truck and tried to flee because they had no business using that equipment on my body.
