This father and son by me worked for a armor truck company.
They came up with a plan to steal $500,000 from a truck carrying a couple million.

They got caught and today were sentenced to a maximum of 30 Months....

qns.com...

How the heck would that deter anyone from trying this in the future?
The risk vs reward....$500,000 plus vs a 2.5 year prison sentence?

Hate to bring politics into this, but liberal Democrats are extremely soft on crime.

Law enforcement recovered 130000 of the 510000.

Seeing as it was an inside job, I’d imagine the robbery wasn’t very violent. That could be why they got a shorter prison sentence.

2.5 years may not sound like much, but inside a cage with some of the most violent people on the planet is no cake walk.

Check out the movies Shot Caller and Felon to see what I’m talking about.

Movies aren't a great source of accurate real life information though.

You can check out Shaun Attwood’s youTube channel, he faced a 300 year prison sentence for trafficking ecstasy. He referenced both the movies I did as (while dramatized) very accurate depictions of what happens in many American prisons.

As someone who has never been, il take his word for it being a not so pleasant place.

I know someone in and out of jail often....he gets dentistry work while in jail, he says if he lands a job cooking, you get lots of working hours to cook the food and the staff cook their own higher end meals for themselves.
Conjugal visits, internet access, TV and radio.

It's very dirty, but If your a regular guy and not part of any groups. You are rarely messed with.

Not everyone turns gay and wants to rape other men.
And violent acts , you are put in the violent person section.

I would think being an inside job and premeditated would be a more severe of punishment.

The movie felon???
Is that when 2 groups of gangs are separated in 2 rooms and they are armed and ready to brawl...
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

If a prisoner get hurt , there are many human rights groups right on it

But yet Blago's 14 year sentence was justified... Or maybe Roger Stone really did deserve 10 years.

Depends on the level prison. Yeah, you don't want to be at San Quentin or Angola. But there are "low" prisons that aren't nearly as bad. I know someone that just finished a 7 year bid at the lowest level fed prison. It was literally like visiting an old folks home. In fact, I'd say it was nicer. My bud said it was better accommodations than he had when he was in the army. He was in his 30s and pretty much the youngest person in the facility.

I have been in a couple of state prisons and a Territorial prison in Mexico. If I was facing 2 1/2 years, they would have to shoot me to take me. That why I am a very law abiding citizen.

Many of my cousins got their education in prison. It happens. Its also sad that in certain areas that a jail offers more opportunities than their community on the outside.

Three years of Republican Presidency and you are still blaming the Dems.

So, my guess is that either Trump must not be capable of swamp draining, or that he is not capable of government.

3 years showing how much power the opposition or deep state has.
These judges are proclaimed liberal Democrats

So when liberal Democrats hand down these sentences they are too blame.

They are so soft on criminals they got rid of bail in New York...a democratic bill that was rushed through.
Its lacked common sense and worked to put criminals back on the streets.
Its actually a disaster and the community is more at risk because of it.

I remember when trump 1st got elected air lines were complaining how dangerous they felt traveling to certain countries.
It was obvious men were leaving the United states, going to sketchy countries to train in terror and return.
So the president called for a travel ban, the citizens of the country wanted a travel ban.

But nope, some liberal lawyer in Hawaii said keep em flowing.
The best the airlines got as safety were electronic devices had to be stored in luggage when coming from certain countries.

It's not even debatable these days..the liberal Democrats have radical ideas that lack total common sense and safety.

The Judge, United States District Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein, was appointed by a Republican.

Was it McCain or Romney?
She may have been appointed by a Republican, but that does change the fact that Democrats are extremely soft on crime.

Huh? You do know that only the President gets to appoint Federal Judges, right? It would have been Bush.

Looks like the Republicans are too based on this case.

I also find it funny that people are bringing up Stone and how that poor little scumbag was potentially facing 10 years but got only 40 months. You okay that the Democrat-appointed Judge in the case was weak on crime?

I haven't followed the stone case, what did he do?

And why are people acting like barr had the last decision on sentencing and not mad at the democratic judge?
