Seriously. These people lived almost 400 years ago. No agenda and certainly not tied to slavery. They took enormous risks. It was a hard life. What is wrong with people.

So much history in this town. They were trying to escape their situation and try something new. Totally pathetic. Whoever did this should be in jail for a long time.

I toured this town for a weekend. Truly eye opening. I learned about how they lived, how they earned a living. The grain mill, if you ever get a chance go check it out highly recommend it. It blew up a couple times due to the fine dust and sparks from grinding flour. These people had an extremely hard life. So sad someone would do this to their legacy.

It doesn't matter if it had nothing to do with slavery. History must be destroyed and forgotten. The liberal elite, smarter than us all, have demanded it.

Regrettably, behavior to be expected from standard-issue NPC "woke"/"Antifa" libtard....All American, European and Western history must be eradicated, don't you know ? ...

Democrats are only concerned when "cultural sites" are in Iran or another country.

A Native American?

But it is more likely to be a stupid youth with a spray can.

Maybe that native American who banged his drum in front of that kids face then played the victim card... I was thinking along the lines of antifa. You know, stupid youths with paint cans...

I see you (and a stack of other posters on the Fox News site) have decided that it is a Democrat.

So clever.

Why would ANTIFA deface a landmark?

There were no Fascists when the Pilgrims lived.

Pattern recognition has helped our species survive since it's inception.

Humans are clever.

As you are not an American, and don't know the lay of the land here in Massachusetts (where this incident took place), I'll give you a pass on this one and provide some context. The vast majority of the population of this state is democratic in nature. So, odds are very great that the person (or persons) responsible follow that line of political thinking. This includes the local school system and the teachings that American history is bad and should be derided.

They actually lived in peace with native Americans for a little while. I say a little because they captured several Native Americans and put their heads on pikes for attacking them. Native Americans were not some pious nation as they make out to be. They were attacking each other long before the pilgrims.

Because most of them are radical progressives that hate America and the police and commit crimes to show it.

I thought I made that clear in my first post.

aNitfa is a fascist organisation

“Think how we think or we’ll attack you”

The first fascists may have been right-wing but that does NOT make fascism synonymous with the right

Swims like a duck, quacks like a duck. aNtifa is fascist

I don't know, half of them are below average.

What pattern is evident here?

I remember one (of many) school field trip to the Ca d'Zan house (John Ringling's house) in Sarasota, FL. Two kids thought it was sooooooo boring, "Ugh, who wants to look at old paintings and statues?" Those little dorks somehow broke away from the class group unnoticed, and drew mustaches & black eyes on some of the cherub statues on the grounds. In permanent marker. Where the hell they got those still baffles me today.

Holy cow, where their asses grass when it came to the teachers' attention. No cops were called, but their parents were, and they showed up so fast you'd swear they were hitching a ride on Superman's back.

Those kids had to help restore the statues to their original condition. And had to show up on weekends for the whole summer to assist the groundskeepers. God damn, the 90's meted out some good old fashioned misery punishments.

Anyway, my bet is kids/teens. They're are always little pricks when they're bored & doing something they don't want to do. Historical places seem to bring that out in the turdiest of little turds.

My family line comes out of Plymouth as well.
I lived here in Manomet when young.

This town takes things like this seriously. Who ever did it will be caught, and they better hope the police get there first.
