Biden eventually snapped at Ramos for continuing to bring up his record, saying, “You’ve said it 17 times! I get it already.”

Also, today I saw where the orginal Bill Binny group file has become a court doc. And it specifically says the file was downloaded locally and placed on a thumb drive.

Gonna need a citation on that one bud.
Where did bill binney walk back his initial assessment?
Despite accepting that there was no evidence, Binney and McGovern have not retracted the claims in the 2017 VIPS report at the time of writing.
There are plenty of sources saying that Binney was misrepresented by Campbell, here are two with Binneys own voice, both recorded after Campbell was talking to Binney:

Campbell's most recent reporting for Computer Weekly, on Kremlin disinformation activities, has been based in part on personal reporting experiences in the 1980s, at the height of the Cold War. Throughout the Cold War, in common with journalists throughout Europe critical of nuclear war plans, he regularly received packets of anonymous information, disinformation and propaganda.

I'm starting to think that none of Obama's people will be arrested/indicted until after the November elections. There's another participant in this thread (whom I can't recall) who has been saying the same thing for several weeks.
Right now, President Trump's rallies attendees consist of around 17-20% Democrats.
If you arrest high-profile Obama Democrats before November, it might turn off quite a few Democrats who are leaning towards voting not only for President Trump, but for Republicans running for House and Senate seats, as well.
If President Trump wants the biggest landslide possible, and to also remove the U.S. House from Democrat control, it's best not to alienate smarter/wiser Democrats who are leaning towards voting Republican. (IMO)

To be honest, justice is often someplace in the middle of the two competing extremes.
Instead of criminal, consider a civil case, like divorce or custody. The judge or trial commissioner isn't likely to go all-in one way or another, it'll be someplace in the middle.
