I said so in the last thread. He can't do the arrest until after the election because he will come off looking like Saddam Hussein doing a purge of the government. He will never be able to Sell it no matter what the evidence is because they will just say it's fabricated to win the election.

There is a risk to waiting until after the election. What if Democrats win the Senate? The President will be impeached again and convicted and removed from office. After Nov 2018, I've learned to never say "It can't happen".

The Senate will not flip to 67 Dems. Trump is safe.

Also;

Good chance the House is flipped. If that happens, the DOJ can go about its business without the House interfering and obstructing.

IMO;

- keep cleaning house
- let Bernie win the nomination
- focus heavy effort on House and Senate races
- let Senate focus on Bidens’ (this is why he’s not going to drop out)
- make sure any October Surprise is against Dems
- get Trump re-elected n Nov
- enjoy the 2020 Holidays
- get the new Congress in January
- get a short list to replace RBG and Breyer
- let Barr/Durham lay out what they uncovered in their investigations.

2021 will be pretty fun.

Complete gridlock. Nothing Bernie wants to do will be passed out of Congress. He’ll be restricted to EOs and just like with Trump, they will have to survive the SCOTUS.

Then, before Bernie’s first term is up, his VP would have to take over due to poor health. It would be a real # show.
